Cheat mode: Type avalon at the title screen. The screen
will flash multiple colors to confirm correct code entry and activate
unlimited lives.
Hints: Push the third cactus on level two to become invincible
for the remainder of the level. Push the third fire hydrant on
level 2 to avoid being harmed by the baby ghosts. Push the first
log in the forest level to release balloons for extra points.
Push the first log on level three to skip through most of that
level. Jump just before reaching a "Break Time" sign
for a larger bonus.
