Level select:
Press [Space] to pause game play after Captain
Crumble has appeared. Then, type TERMINATOR or HIGHLANDER
and press [Enter].
Cheat mode:
Press [Space] to pause game play after Captain
Crumble has appeared. Then, type LADYHAWKE and press [Enter]
to enable cheat mode and unlimited lives. Then, press P
to collect all the keys on the current level.
