When a player is in a game on his or her birthday, they will have better performance. You can learn their birthdays by looking at their cards.

Choose your own subs (Clint Mathis and Jason Kreis recommended). Set the play style to Normal 1 and the formation setting at the bottom to 2-1-2. Use Pablo to score.
