• Complete the indicated task in Story mode to unlock the corresponding character.

Aaroniero: Defeat Aaroniero in Chapter 27.

Aizen: Defeat Aizen in Chapter 49.

Espada Luppi: Unlock Chapter 22.

Grimmjaw: Defeat Grimmjaw in Chapter 10.

Ichimaru Gin: Defeat Ichimaru Gin in Chapter 47.

Nel (Adult): Defeat Nel in Chapter 41.

Noitora: Defeat Noitora in Chapter 26.

Shinji: Defeat Shinji in Chapter 3.

Szayel: Defeat Szayel in Chapter 32.

Ulquiorra: Defeat Ulquiorra in Chapter 29.

Yami: Defeat Yami in Chapter 6.

Zomari: Defeat Zomari in Chapter 36.

• To unlock Filler Captain Amagai, earn money in Story mode, Survival mode, Two Player Versus mode. He can then be purchased at Urahara's shop at random. Note: You may first need to purchase Gashapon at Urahara's shop.

Moves

Dash or Shunpo: Press C.

Counter: Press Z.

Strong attack: Press B.

Weak attack: Press A.

Slash combos: Shake Wiimote.

Special strong attack: Press Z + B.

Special Weak attack: Press Z + A.

Bankai: Press Z + shake Nunchuk.

Additionally the following moves can be done in Team Battle mode on the Wiimote.

Switch with your partner: Press Up.

Summon your partner to attack briefly: Down.

Summon CPU-controller partner to fight with you: Z + Down.

Some characters also can do a special move by Z + shake Nunchuk twice.
