Defeating Myria

You must first have Rei, Ryu, and Peco. Rei and Peco must be level 30 or higher, and Ryu must be at least level 35. Myria has about 20,000 HP. The battle may take about thirty minutes. Myria's powerful attack is Venom which can blind, confuse and poison. Have Rei transform to Weretiger. He must be the fastest. Ryu should cast Influence if he has it. Note: If you do not have Influence, just buy Balance Rings and equip them to all of them to stop Confusion. After casting Influence, Ryu should transform to Kaiser 2 Infinity + Trance + Radiance. Peco should have at least four Wisdom Fruits to heal AP for Ryu and Super Combo. Then, keep using Kaiser Breath. If his health drops below 600, heal him with Peco and use Vitamins to have higher attack on Kaiser Breath. Normally, Peco should be the Curer and Healer. After some time Myria should cast Holocaust and stop using Sanctuary. You can cast Shield and Barrier on everybody, but it is recommended to only use Barrier because her normal attack is quite weak. If you want "extra" lives, if you die bring Soul Gems to everyone. They can be bought at Fairie Village for 3,000 each. It is Merchant, Items, and Ability. After some time Rei will sometimes hit for over 1,000 damage. Eventually she will die and the ending sequence will begin. If you want to fight her again, use your cleared saved game file.
