Special puzzles

Complete all puzzles 100% in Polarium Reference to unlock three Special puzzles.

Bonus tile and cursor sets

Insert Polarium in the cartridge slot of a Nintendo DS with Magnetica to unlock an extra Tile set in Polarium.

Complete Daily Polarium for at least two full months (starting in the middle of the month will not count that month as full) to unlock a tile or cursor set at the Options menu on the first day of the next month. A final set is unlocked when a full year is completed in Daily Polarium. Cursor set are unlocked on March 1, July 1, and November 1. Tile sets are unlocked on January 1, May 1, and September 1.

Complete 75 puzzles to unlock Tile Set #5.

Complete 195 puzzles to unlock Tile Set #6.

Sudden Death mode

Beat the first rank time record in Easy and Hard modes to unlock Sudden Death mode at the Time Attack menu.
