Easy Energy refill and contract time

Disconnect your device from your Internet connection. When you run your energy down and are waiting on time for new contracts, exit the game. Go to "Settings", then "Date And Time", and set your device's time ahead as desired. For example, at 3:00 p.m. with 30 energy points at 4.5 minutes per single energy refill, you will need slightly over an hour to refill completely.
