Cheat Codes

Cheat mode

Enter the following codes at the main title screen (that displays the "Press Start" text that only appears when the game first loads) to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Zombie mode

Press Triangle, X(3), Square, Circle. In those mode. you can see all of the damage textures for each warrior. Warriors will continue to fight when their limbs are severed or they are decapitated. Players must win by cutting off both of their opponent's legs.

Slice mode

Press L2, Square, X, Square, X, R2. In this mode. every attack that lands on either warrior will sever a limb.

Sudden Death mode

Press Square, R1, Up, Down, L1, X. In this mode, each warrior starts with no health. One hit finishes the match.

God mode (player one)

Press Up, X, Square, Circle, Triangle, Down. In this mode, player one will not lose health and cannot die.

God mode (player two)

Press Down, Circle, Square, X, Triangle, Up. In this mode, player two will not lose health and cannot die.

Unlockables

Lab area

  • Successfully complete Arcade mode with all characters under the Deadliest difficulty setting.

  • Alternately, defeat ten opponents in Survival mode.

Alternate costume

Defeat your warrior in Arcade mode.

Long range weapon

Successfully complete Arcade mode.

Mid-range weapon

Successfully complete Slice in Arcade mode.

Short-range weapon

Successfully complete Target in Arcade mode.

Challenge mode

Successfully complete Arcade mode with all characters.

Hints

Easy "A Head Of The Competition" achievement or trophy

Play as the Samurai. Instead of needing a lucky strike, your special move slices the enemy's head off. It is recommended that you do this against a guerrilla unit, such as the ninja or apache.

Easy "The Black Knight" achievement or trophy

Play as the Pirate and throw the bombs. There is a 50% chance that it will blow off all the limbs.

Easy "Tournament To Kill" achievement or trophy

Use the following trick to gain victories. Play as either Apache or Ninja. Select the poison projectiles. Land at least one projectile on the enemy, then evade the enemy until the time runs out.

Easy "On Death's Door" achievement or trophy

Have a friend use the Pirate class. When he throws two bombs at you, both your arm and leg will be broken. Finish off your pirate friend to unlock the achievement.

Trophies

Complete the following tasks to unlock PlayStation3 trophy rewards.

A Head of the Competition (Bronze): Decapitate 100 enemy warriors as the primary player.
Pin Cushion (Bronze): Stick 4 projectiles in a single opponent as the primary player.
Against All Odds (Bronze): Defeat 25 warriors in Survival Mode as the primary player.
Flesh Wound (Bronze): Perform a final strike on an opponent after your arm has been sliced off as the primary player.
On Death's Door (Bronze): As the primary player, kill and opponent while at critical health, with your leg and arm injured.
Right on Time (Bronze): Perform only perfectly timed strikes to defeat an enemy as the primary player.
Shishkabob (Bronze): Remove an enemy's head with a projectile and stick it into a wall as the primary player.
Who's Deadliest Now? (Bronze): Defeat Arcade mode on the Deadliest difficulty as the Ninja, the Viking, and the Knight.
That Was Sparta! (Silver): Kill 300 Spartans as the primary player.
Tournament to Kill (Silver): Win 10 online tournaments as the primary player.
Black Knight (Silver): Remove all four limbs from the Knight during a single match as the primary player.
Deadliest Arsenal (Gold): Unlock every weapon and armor available for every warrior as the primary player.
