Hints
Uub: Easy wins in World Tournaments
PlayStation2 Play as Uub in the Cell Games Tournament. Uub cannot teleport. To counter this, use a Turtle Shell so your opponent will have to use six Ki bars to teleport, making it just about impossible. Even if they teleport, their Ki will be so low that you can pound them senseless. His Ki-cannon shoots out so quickly that most of the time you can blast anybody in mid range without having to set it up with a combo. Fierce Flurry is also a very powerful death move. Once you launch it, keep pressing Circle repeatedly to add on the the combo. Eventually you will have so many hits from the combo that it makes up for the two bars you had to use. This is what your skill setup should be:
- 1. Ki Cannon
- 2. Fierce Flurry
- 3. Turtle Shell
- 4-7. Sparkling!!!!
Because Uub starts with a base Kii level of 5, this makes it a
lot easier. The Ki Cannon and Fierce Flurry together are powerful
because they come out so quickly. For this to work well you must
equip Turtle Shell or else your opponents will keep teleporting
Getting through Baby in Dragon History
PlayStation2 When you start, you will be in the normal stage. Keep your distance. When he gets close do a normal combo ending with a bashing attack. This should send him flying. If not, keep going until it does. When the "R3" symbol appears, use it as quickly as possible. Goku should turn into a Super Saiyan 3. Repeat the same strategy, because your health is very limited. Sonic Sway
PlayStation2 To do a Sonic Sway, do the normal block. Then, let the character hit you, causing no damage. When they are hitting you, press Triangle. This only works if your opponent is still punching you. You will then do a Sonic Sway.

There are a few characters who can hit big characters with Rush Blast 2's and Ultimate Blasts without flying back if they touch them. Those characters are as follows.

Tournament times
Every time you exit Tournament mode and go back in the clock increases by one hour.

Tournament mode level selection
To select a desired level in Tournament mode save the game one hour before the start of a tournament. For example if you want to fight in the World Tournament which starts at 07:00, use the enter and exit strategy until your clock reads "06:00". Then, exit Tournament mode, go to the options, and save the game. When you enter Tournament mode again there should be a big "Welcome" sign and a picture of the upcoming tournament should appear. Enter the tournament, and if the level you want to fight in is not the one you want, go to the options, load your saved game file, and enter the tournament again until the desired level is selected.
Easy Dragon Balls
An easy way to get the Dragon Balls is to fight any battle in the rocky area in Dragon History mode.
An easy way to get the Dragon Balls is go to the "Final Fusion" mission on the Majin Buu Saga. Use the Dragon Dash at the rocks until you get the Dragon Balls. If you play under the Easy difficulty setting, Buu can be killed easier and Vegito is also very strong.
Mission 100
The last ten or so battles of mission 100 are very difficult. You get 15 destruction points to make a team. First, complete Dragon History mode. You should have all the proper characters. You are going to use Broly, Hercule, and SSJ4 Gogeta. Hercule can be good. Distribute Z points to Broly, Hercule, and SSJ4 Vegeta until they all have seven Z item Slots. Then, give Broly and Hercule Rising Fighting Spirit, Proof of Friendship, King Kai's Training, and Savior. Finally, give SSJ4 Vegeta Kibito's Secret Art, Master Roshi's Training, Savior, Rising Fighting Spirit, and Proof of Friendship. For the other slot (purple, which is type), give them whichever one fits your fighting style (for example, Frieza, which emphasizes on using blast one and blast two) You have now created the ultimate fighting team for the Ultimate Enemies. All Z items are found in the store, Dragon History, or Sim Dragon modes.
Choose your Shenron
When you collect all of the Dragon Balls, go to Shenron. If you do not get the Shenron you want, do not save the game when you exit. Instead, go to the options menu and load your data. When you finish loading, you should still have the Dragon Balls. When you use them, there should be a different Shenron. Make sure you have saved the game after you get the Dragon Balls, but do not save after you go to Shenron unless you got the desired Shenron and your correct wish. For example, if you have the Red Shenron when you wanted the Earth Normal Shenron, then choose any wish that the dragon you currently have offers you and exit. Do not save. Then, go to the options menu and load your data. Go to Shenron again and choose the wish you want. If it is not the Shenron you want, retry until you get him.
