Hints

Easy money

• When you start a game as Chelsea, you have a lot of money. A good tip is to buy Adriano, as he is brilliant, even though he is expensive.
  

• Add a manager for Chelsea and buy a reserve player from the team you are managing for all the money Chelsea has. When the player is signed, retire from football. You can do this with Manchester United as well. Do this twice with each club and you will be rolling in cash.

• Choose to go to holiday. Afterwards, choose to cancel then select "Add New Manager". Select Chelsea then buy or loan poor player from your team for large amounts of money. After that you can buy your team's poor player. Then, look at your money.

Easy wins

• Have at least two different formations that you can use in the course of a match, such as a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3, etc. This will allow you to switch tactics easily during a match when things are not going according to plan. Switching formations regularly can also help confuse the opposition, especially those who employ man-marking strategies on your key players. If one of your star players has been quiet throughout a match, try changing his position in order to trick your opponents to get an upper hand.

Cheap players

If you are in a good background club (for example, Man Utd. Or Real Madrid) and you need a world class player like Ronaldinho and Eto'o, use the following trick. Add a manager at Barcelona. Select Ronaldinho and you will see the "Discipline player" option. Select "Discipline player for no reason". Continue to do this four or five times then mutually terminate his contract. Then, add a manager at Man Utd or Chelsea. You can now easily buy that player.

Free players

When you make an offer for a player, make all direct offers zero but offer a huge amount over twelve months. The club will accept and you can offer a contract to the player. If he accepts and transfers to your club, offer him another contract. As soon as he accepts the new contract, there will be no monthly payments to his previous club. Essentially you will have obtained him for free. Note: Buy players at beginning of transfer month as the process takes about two weeks to finalize. If it runs over a month you will end up paying transfer fees to the other club.

Recommended players

• If you are in your second or third season, try to buy Gianpaolo Pazzini from Firoentina or whoever may have already bought him. Try to buy him as soon as you can, because he will prove to be your highest goalscorer very quickly, apart from if you have Adriano or Ibrahimovic. You must play him regularly for his stats to go up.
