Cheat Codes

Extra Soul

Press Start to pause game play during Story mode. Press Select to hide the pause menu, then press Up(2), Down, Left, Start. A sound will confirm correct code entry. This code can be repeated as many times as desired.

Gallery Test

Successfully complete the game with all characters. Then, highlight the "Quit" option at the main menu and press L + R + Circle.

Life and Tension Max

Press Start to pause game play in Story or Survival mode. Press Select to hide the pause menu, then press Down, Right(2), Up, Start. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Gold characters

Press L + R while choosing a character at the selection screen.

Alternate Arcade mode

Highlight the "Arcade" option at the main menu, then hold L and press X. You will now face Gold characters as well as Robo Ky, Kliff, and Justice.

Alternate M.O.M. mode

Highlight the "M.O.M." option at the main menu, then hold L and press X. You will now face Gold characters as well as Robo Ky, Kliff, and Justice.

In-game reset

Hold L + R + Start + Select.

Complete level 3-2 With Slayer.

Axel Low

Complete level 3-1 as Chipp Zanuff.

Baiken

Complete level 2-1 as Millia Rage.

Bridget

Complete level 2-1 as Ky Kiske.

Chipp Zanuff

Complete level 2-1 as Sol BadGuy.

Dizzy

Complete level 2-1 as May.

Eddie

Complete level 2-1 as I-NO.

Faust

Complete level 4-1 as Sol BadGuy.

Jam

Complete level 3-2 as Potemkin.

Johnny

Complete level 2-2 as Dizzy.

Judgment

In level 6-1, find all the letters that spell "JUDGMENT" that are in the various chests scattered around. Doing so will unlock Judgment in Judgment mode.

Guilty Gear XX Slash: Bonus characters

Complete the indicated task with a character to unlock his or her alternate versions. To select the new version, highlight that character at the selection screen and press Start. Highlight the desired version, then press X. Note: The EX and SP characters versions can also be unlocked by playing in Survival mode.

#Reload version: Complete Arcade mode.

EX version: Complete Mission Level 2.

SP color: Complete Mission Level 3.

Guilty Gear XX #Reload or XX Slash: Fight against EX characters

Highlight the "Arcade" or "M.O.M." mode option at the main menu. Hold R while selecting that mode. You will now face the EX versions of the characters, or Kliff or Justice.
