Chrono Storm mission
In this mission, the only thing you should not try
to do is to defeat the Red Russians with their Iron Curtain and
Nuke. It is not necessary to destroy the nuke silo because it
will cost you too much resources and time. At first, build up
a normal base with a far away War Factory. When the nuke timer
is at one minute, start building a new War Factory. When the missile
is launched, sell you existing one, so it does not get destroyed
and get $1000 back. When the nuke has landed, destroying nothing,
build the new War Factory so you can continue normally. Next,
train 10 Chrono Legionaries, build a Chronosphere, and build five
Prism Tanks. Zip away every nuclear reactor you can find so all
of Russia is on low power. Use your other Legionaries to zip away
as much of Romanov's Guard as possible, otherwise use the Chronosphere
and place the five Prisms over there. Destroy the guard, Tanya
will appear, and the mission will be finished within 45 minutes.
Note: Do not destroy the Kremlin or your mission will fail.
On this mission, timing is everything. Once you have taken the
base you must have eight to twelve Harrier Jets. You have to cover
each part of your base once you have got control of it. Deployed
GIs are the best to use. Use Mechanics to take the oil pumps are
guard them heavily as towards the end they will be your only source
of money. Using the Harriers you have to take out the Missile
Silo and Iron Curtain. This will be quite costly as you will have
to keep buying new Harriers. Once they are out you can start taking
out some of their bases. Now you need to build a Chronosphere
and protect it. Once it is ready, start building about eight tanks.
Chronosphere the black tanks into the water so that they automatically
die. Once both sets of the black tanks are out, Chronosphere your
tanks in there and take out the Gun Turrets and Flak Cannons.
Once this is done, you will have completed the mission in about
thirty minutes.
Use the following strategy to complete the last Allied mission,
Chrono Storm, in under half an hour. When your SEALs land, have
one take out the Tesla Reactor and the others guard. When the
MCV arrives, free the captive units by blowing up the barrels.
Have the engineers capture some oil derricks and make sure that
you do not build too near them. Build your War Factory away from
other structures, since it always gets nuked. Label all the Grizzlys
as "1" and they can be your rapid reaction base defense.
Fully garrison the bunkers and buildings around your base. Under
the easy difficulty setting, you do not have to worry about Kirovs.
Under the hard difficulty setting, take time to build 20 IFVs
and make them group "2", your rapid reaction air defense.
When you can, build a Spy Satellite, 9 Chrono Legionaries and
a Chronosphere. Do not bother building a Weather Controller. Take
out the nuclear reactors which stops the Soviet Superweapon's
countdown. You may have to bear one Iron Curtain attack if you
do not hurry. Then, move in the Chrono Legionaries to the bottom
left of the map. By this time, the Chronoshift should be ready.
Chronoshift two of the four fully elite Apocalypses into the sea
and erase all competition around the Nuke silo with the Chrono
Legionaries. Finally, set one Legionnaire without a promotion
on the silo. He will become fully elite when it is erased. Chronoshift
the last two Apocalypses into the sea and erase the Black Guard
(Sentry Guns first). You will have won the mission in twenty minutes.
In order to take out the Iron Curtain and the Nuke, build four
to five Chrono Legionaries and have then Chrono over in between
the two nuclear power plants that are at the bottom of the screen,
under both the Nuke or the Iron Curtain building. When they have
phased in, have two of the Chrono Legionaries attack the two Apocalypse
Tanks to the left and right of the building. Then, have the other
Chrono Legionaries attack the structure. As long as there is a
good chunk of wall in between you and the tanks, they will hit
the wall. When they finally waste a shot firing at the wall, Chrono
them before you finish the building. Note: You may want to keep
extra Chrono Legionaries on stand by in case the others Chrono
in the wrong place.
When starting this mission, the few things you have to worry about
are Grizzly Tanks, Kirovs, Iron Curtains, and Nuclear Missiles.
To defend against tanks, garrison the bunkers around your base
and put Prism Towers at the top opening. For Kirovs, build a few
Patriot Missiles and pump out IFVs. For Iron Curtains, you can
either destroy the tanks before they become invincible or Chronoshift
them to a water location with a Chronosphere. For Nuclear Missiles,
build your base but when it comes to a War Factory, build it away
from everything. When the missile is launched, have a Chrono Legionnaire.
Start to warp your own war factory away. When the nuke hits, your
Chrono Legionnaire dies, but your War Factory is safe.
gmvyeiugwm pblen
After you set up your base normally and fend off all the initial
attacks, build a Barracks and a Battle Lab. Afterwards, build
a Chronosphere and pump out a few Chrono Legionaries. Charge the
Chronosphere twice and remove the four Elite Black Guard via the
lake in the northeast corner of the map. Also, if you build a
Naval Shipyard, all the nuke attacks will be diverted form the
War Factory to the Shipyard. Since a Nuke does not destroy the
Shipyard, you only have to repair it and not rebuild. Once you
remove the Elite Black Guard, go after the two black Nuclear Reactors
next to the Kremlin. Take about five Chrono Legionaries with you
(four to do the job and one to guard against any Apocalypse Tanks
in the area. Once you Chrono out the two Nuclear Reactors and
removed the two Black Guards, the only Black Guard threat remaining
will be the Defense Turrets. Once your legionaries remove those,
remove the Tesla Coils and the Flak Cannons. Your mission is now
complete. Note: You could also remove the regular Nuclear Reactors
first to make it easier. The first two are in the east; teleport
your legionaries onto the cliffs by them. The other two are left
and right of the Kremlin, respectively. A Spy Satellite is very
helpful here.
This strategy will work as long as you have everything perfect.
Start off by establishing your base. You should only build your
Barracks, Ore Refinery, Battle Lab, and War Factory. You should
not worry about your power. Protect your War Factory at all costs.
Start to build ten to twelve Prism Tanks and four to five Grizzly
Tanks. It is more important to get the Prism Tanks first. After
your group is complete, move them out of your base from the back,
on the right side. Keep them together as much as possible. If
one gets away, it may be attacked by hidden Sentry Guns. Move
the Tanks down the right side of the map, slowly so they do not
get destroyed by Tesla Coils. There is a small base that should
be easy to eliminate with your army. Hopefully by now, at least
three to four units have been promoted. The Soviets have probably
destroyed your base by now, but your concern should be with the
ground unit. Destroy all the enemies you enocunter. You should
find the Iron Curtain along the way. Your Prism Tanks should automatically
destroy it if there are still Apocalypse Tanks around. With the
Iron Curtain gone, keep moving the Tanks south until you find
Romanov's Elite Guard. You must be very careful that you do not
move in so far that all four Apocalypse Tanks attack you. The
Tanks should manage to take them out without much trouble. With
the tanks out of the way, move them into the Kremlin in two groups,
one on each side. Let them remove the Flak Cannons and Sentry
Guns. This should allow an IFV carrying Tonya to appear in front
of the Kremlin.
Once you get the SEALs dropped, send one to destroy the Power
Plant, and another to explode the barrels. You will want to deploy
your base and continue normally. Send the freed GIs to the two
bunkers to the bottom right. At the same time, send engineers
To take over the oil derricks. Make sure when you build your War
Factory that is constructed far from any of your bases, as that
is where the nuke will be dropped. Once you build a Spy Satellite,
you will be able to see everything. Train a Spy and send him to
the nearest War Factory (the one at middle left on the side).
At this time you should start building one or two Chrono Legionnaires.
You will need to have a Chronosphere and a Weather Machine. Once
your Weather Machine is ready, attack either by the Nuke Silo
or the Iron Curtain machine. You can then send in your Chrono
Legionnaire and take out the two nuclear reactors. Do the same
to the other side, and at the same time use the Chronosphere and
put the Apocalypses into the water. Once you get rid of those
four, notice that by the middle side of the right side are two
more. Take those out, and they will be powerless and unable to
nuke you or use their Iron Curtain. Build approximately twenty
Prism Tanks. Notice that they are promoted. Send them in and destroy
everything. If done correctly, you will suffer few, if any, casualties.
Note: You will probably be nuked a couple times. This will finish
it in about 45 minutes.
Cuba Nuke mission
At the start of the level, the objective is to build
a Chronosphere. Leave that objective for a moment and start constructing
three Prism Towers at the northeast ore refinery (to protect it
and to smash incoming Hovercrafts). Also build nine Airforce Command
Centers with Harriers and name them in three groups (1,2,3), each
with a third of the all the harriers you have. Then, build a Chronosphere
so the map is enlarged and the nuke timer is starting. Do not
wait, but immediately attack each missile silo with a group of
Harriers. Many will be shot down, but not enough to keep victory
away within half an hour.
When you first start the level, build Prism Towers by your bases
to hold off enemies. Build Tanks and Rocketeers and put them by
the bridge north of your base. They will kill anyone that tries
to enter your base. You also have to construct the buildings in
order to get the Navy SEALS. Build four or more Amphibious Transports.
Use all the Navy SEALS you can, and put them into the transports.
You cannot transport humans alone in the Chronosphere. This will
cost a lot of money. Put all the transports as close together
as possible. When your Chronosphere is ready, transport them in
the middle of the Nukes. Have the SEALS get out and at the same
time, make each group blow up a different Nuke. Your people will
want to fire on the enemies -- make sure that you blow up the
Nukes first. If everything is done correctly, you should destroy
the Nukes within a minute after they appear on your radar.
Desecration mission
Once the orange squad on the lower-middle half has
been defeated, a bridge can be repaired. Take an Engineer, put
him into a flak track, and bring him over to the bridge and repair
it. When it is repaired, take a tank or an Apocalypse to destroy
the "loaded" trucks. Money and advances in armor, weaponry,
and rank will appear.
France mission
After your base is well built, defended well, and you
have a lot of money, build a new MCV. Then, build two tanks with
it. When the units are finished, order the tanks to escort the
MCV. Then, start building a Grand Cannon. Send the MCV to the
enemy base, but out far enough so that it cannot get damaged.
When it arrives, move the tanks away and deploy the MCV. By now,
the Grand Cannon should be finished. Deploy it by your new Construction
Yard. Then, target any structures as desired. Make sure you build
pillboxes for close range defense. If you need more range to put
other Grand Cannons, build Barracks since they are the cheapest.
Then, place the new Grand Cannon further out. You can do this
repeatedly for other bases -- just sell the Grand Cannon(s).
Libya mission
Build an Iron Curtain and four Demolition Trucks. Put
the Demolition Trucks near the enemy base. Use the Iron Curtain
and go in the base. Put one on each side of the Construction Yard.
When it wears off, fireworks will begin. Note: This trick works
only for v1.003 and lower. For v1.004 and higher, you will need
four Demolition Trucks.
Lone Guardian mission: Hidden tanks and crates
Have Tanya take out the Dreadnaughts, then go on to
the bridge as usual. However, instead of going across it, go into
the water with Tanya and go down to the concrete wall. Then, go
left until you see a platform. Get on it and the message "Hey
you're not supposed to be here!" will appear. Three to four
crates will appear. Then, go slightly north-northwest of Fort
Bradley to find three veteran tanks
PetWWoody's Revenge mission
Use the following trick to protect against people if
playing as the Soviets. Build 10 to 15 Yuris after building a
Cloning Vat (not including what you get from the Vats). Put them
at the front of your base. Then, build a wall around them. Only
air units, terror drones, and dogs will be able get by.
Red Revolution mission
Use the following trick to get past the first part
of this mission easily. Built a wall of Sentry Guns at the opening
to your base. Then, put Tesla Coils, with Tesla Troopers charging
them, behind the Sentry Guns. Do not use any units there other
than the Tesla Troopers because they would be a liability due
to the presence of the Psi-Corps Troopers. Immediately before
building the Nuke Silo build a lot of Flak Cannons. When it is
built, Yuri will throw Kirovs at you. At this point, spend everything
you have and get to build Flak Cannons. Then, just wait for your
Nuke Silo to get ready to fire. Using the first one, destroy the
Iron Curtain. Then, use two more to take out the Kremlin to win
the mission.
For the Soviets, an easier way to take out the Soviet traitor
Yuri faster is to build every building up to the Battle Lab, or
until you can build Kirov Airships. Build five to six Kirovs and
then send them up to the Kremlin where Yuri is hiding. Note: You
must have a radar so that you can see the Kremlin as the CPU reveals
it to you.
To defeat Yuri, build a base as usual. Build six to ten Apocalypses,
a lot of Flak Cannons, and a Nuke at the back of your base. Use
two Nukes on the Kremlin to destroy it. Do not worry about the
Blimbs -- that is what the cannons are for.
Move quickly when establishing your base. Sentry guns are a necessity,
but Flaks are not really needed. To limit the number of Mind Control
troops coming at you, send Conscripts into the cottages surrounding
the base. Surround them with a couple Dogs and a few Tanks. Make
sure you have plenty of Ore Miners, and protection for them. Stop
building after the Battle Lab. It may be difficult, but hold off
the enemy until you have many Blimps (about nine). If you have
to, start selling off buildings or guns towards the end to make
sure there are enough blimps. Let your base get attacked after
there are sufficient blimps. Sell off the rest of the base as
you send the blimps to attack the Kremlin. Destroy as many surface-to-air
launchers as possible on the way.
Subdivide mission: Extra money
On mission 6, Subdivide, of the Soviet campaign, there
are three cows north of your base. Kill them with an Attack Dog
to get a Money Crate.
Three Nuke mission
The quickest way to complete this mission is to set
up adequate defenses, then build a Chronosphere. As this is being
built, build nine Prism Tanks. Arrange them in a square formation,
then aim the Chronoshift icon on the center one. Chronoshift the
Prism Tanks so that they appear next to a Nuke Silo. When they
appear, have them attack the silo. They should destroy it easily.
While this happens, build nine more Prism Tanks, and Chronoshift
them next to another silo and repeat. If done correctly and quickly,
the Soviets will not launch a single nuke.
Mainly defend your base with a lot of pill boxes or Prism Towers/Tanks.
Then, make a couple of IFVs and put Infantry Seals in them. Next,
build a MCV. Make a Chronosphere and transport them over to the
side of the island were there is no one except for a few units.
Establish a base and make up to five Prism Tanks, five Seals and
ten IFVs. Keep attacking until the nukes are gone.
Training mission 1: Free Nighthawk
At the beginning of the mission, destroy the Construction
Yard at the start point. An Engineer should appear. Lead the soldiers
and Engineer to the bridge. The Nighthawk should appear as usual.
Next, have one of the two Engineers go into the outpost. Proceed
with the mission as usual until the tank. Skip the tank part.
You should now see a bridge. Use your other Engineer to go into
the bridge hut. Cross the bridge. You should hear "Hey, you're
not supposed to be here!" and find the Nighthawk. If you
go to the other side, you should see a farm with a cow. The cow
should explode. You can now continue the mission normally with
the Nighthawk.
Weathered Alliance mission: Free dreadnought
Go to the bottom left hand corner and you will find
a free Dreadnought.
