Free Brutes

You will need a Genetic Mutator and Slave Miners. Use the Genetic Mutator to mutate Slaves into Brutes. Because Slaves are free, your Brutes will also be free.

More Infantry in Soviet Amphibious Transports

When playing as the Soviets, you can send much more Infantry into the Amphibious Transport then you think. Normally, you can only send 12 Infantry, but if you put Infantry into Flak Tracks first, you can have up to 20, plus the 4 Flak Tracks, inside the Transport.

Cheaper Cosmonauts

  • In the Soviet mission where you are on the moon, the Cosmonauts cost $600. Use the following trick to get cheaper Cosmonauts. Build a lot of Barracks and sell a few. The barracks cost $500 and give you a cosmonaut, saving you $100. If you need a few others, building a lot of Barracks will increase the rate at which they are trained. You have plenty of money for this mission -- build many Cosmonauts and attack the bases. The Psychic Towers and Masterminds cannot affect them since they are an air unit.
  • Build a War Factory and sell it. You should get four Cosmonauts, which will save $400 dollars. However, you will get money from selling the War Factory for a savings of $1400. Make sure to have a primary War Factory before doing this.

Compromise Soviet/Allied Demolition Truck

  • You can play as Yuri for this to work. Build a Allied IFV, or capture one if Yuri. Place a Crazy Ivan inside to build a low scale Demolition Truck. It still makes the radiation and explosion, but on a smaller scale.
  • Send a Crazy Ivan into a Flak Track and it will act just like a Demolition Truck when it explodes.

Demolition Truck devastator

When playing as Libya in a map with water, create an Amphibious Transport. Then, build four Demolition Trucks. Order a Crazy Ivan to plant a bomb on one and send it into the Amphibious Transport. Repeat the steps with the other three Demolition Trucks. Next, have the Amphibious Transport enter the enemy base. If the enemy has base defenses, just leave the transport in the middle of the base to be killed. If the enemy does not have base defenses, deploy the Amphibious Transport when it is in the middle of the base. Either way, the result is a devastating explosion with the power of a nuclear missile.

Nuclear Reactor explosion

Build a Nuclear Reactor inside the enemy's base. When it gets destroyed there will be a big nuclear explosion.

Keep Construction Yard

In skirmish or multi-player mode, when you need a base and have a Yuri Prime, capture the Construction Yard, then click on it. After that, click anywhere on the map in the area. The vehicle is now permanently yours.

Cheap bomb

Play as Yuri and capture a Soviet base. Then, build a Crazy Ivan. Build a Flak Track and five Conscripts. Have Ivan set a bomb on one, then make it go into the truck. Do this for all five conscripts. To detonate, first make the hit points reach zero. Then, deploy the Flak Track. Do not put the Ivan in the truck. It will not make a small demolition truck. This trick also works with Amphibious Transports, but with a bigger explosion.

Bomber Spies

This trick requires you to have control of both the Allied and Soviet tech trees. Build some Spies and a Crazy Ivan. Have your Spies put on a disguise of the enemy you are attacking as soon as they can. When you are relatively close to your enemy's base, strap bombs onto your Spies using your Ivan, then send your Spies to the building(s) you wish to destroy. The enemy will not automatically attack your Spies because they believe it is one of their own units. Your Spy is free to go wherever desired, unless your enemy has Attack Dogs. Once your Spy reaches the desired location, let the bomb explode. This will cause moderate damage to anything near it. Several Spies may be required to destroy bigger buildings, but usually one or two will destroy something like a Prism Tower, a Tesla Coil, a Sentry Gun, a Pillbox, and a Gatling Gun.Note: This does not work well against a Yuri opponent, because they usually have Psychic Towers all over their base which automatically mind controls a Spy, disguised or not. Also, this trick has reduced effectiveness against human opponents because anyone paying attention will figure out that your Spy is obviously not one of their own units, though if the Spy is killed, the bomb will still detonate.

Psychic immune units

Get control of the Psychic Dominator. The best way to do this is to set random crates on, so that random powered up crates appear on the map. If you are lucky, you will get a Yuri MCV. Build Yuri's super weapon, called the Psychic Dominator. When it is fully charged, get the units you want to be Psychic immune and hit them with the Dominator. Do this far from your base, since the Dominator also destroys nearby buildings. These units are now Psychic immune because they will act as if they are already mind controlled. Yuri and his army cannot control them. The only downside is that the new Psychic immune units cannot be put into Transports, Battle Fortresses, IFVs, Flack Tracks, and Nighthawks.

Superpowered Tesla Coil

First, build a Tesla Coil, then build three to six Tesla Troopers. Move the Tesla Troopers close to the coil and they will zap it with their Tesla weapon. Doing this with three or more troopers increases the coil's range and power enough to destroy most units in one hit or so. Five of these super coils placed at the entrance of the base can stop nearly all small to medium assaults. This also keeps the coil online even if the power goes out. This trick also works with the Tesla Reactor and will bring your power level up by a few points, which is useful when building super weapons.

Invisible Mirage Tank

When playing as the Allies, put a Mirage Tank in an ore field and it will be invisible to the enemy.

Get Tanks or Humans in your other team for the price of a Yuri

Have two teams in a skirmish (you and CPU). Train a Yuri Clone, then hold [Ctrl] and click on one of the Tanks or Humans on your CPU team. Release [Ctrl] and you should be able to move the tank or human around.

Slave help

When playing against Yuri, destroy an unpacked Slave Miner. The slaves will turn to your color (they cannot mine, however) and they will beat things with their shovels.

Dinosaur help

In the first level with the Soviets, you can gain a dinosaur friend that will fight by your side. As soon as you destroy all of the U.S. ships and the amphibious transports start to leave, quickly grab one of them and tell it to go back to the shore (or you can have it stay in the water) . Continue the mission until you go back in time 65 million years. You cannot waste any time here. Take your transport and have to go to the upper left section. A message reading "Rexy is trapped. Will you help him?" will appear. Keep going and you will find a dinosaur stranded on an island. Out him in your transport and make it back to the time machine before time runs out. He will help you in battle. He is very useful because he can kill any enemy infantry in one shot. This may require a few attempts.

Chrono Bombers

If you infiltrate the Soviet Battle Lab with a Spy you will get Chrono Ivans. You can use regular Ivans for this as well. You need three to four Ivans and Chrono Legionnaires, Hook bombs to the Legionairres, then Chrono them to the enemy's base where they explode, causing severe damage to nearby buildings. Make several Legionnaires to cause more damage.

Chrono Ivan

Play as the Allies against the Soviets. Build a Barracks and Battle Lab as fast as possible. Train a Spy. Kill the enemy's Dogs and disguise your Spy. When the enemy builds the Soviet Battle Lab, quickly send your Spy in his lab, before he can surround his lab with a wall. If done correctly, you will get a Chrono Ivan. The Chrono Ivan will move like the Chrono Legionnaire, but will lay bombs into buildings like a Tanya or Crazy Ivan. Note: Make sure that you do not move him close to a Prism Tower or a Tesla Coil. Also, move your Spy near a Soviet base to get to the Battle Lab faster.

Allied IFV results

The following is what you will get if you put each type of soldier into an Allied IFV.

Allies
GI: Machine gun IFV.
Guardian GI: Shoots like a one star promoted IFV (two bullets instead of one).
Engineer: An IFV that fixes other tanks.
Dog: Nothing.
Seal: Machine gun IFV.
Chrono Legionnaire: A tank that shoots like a regular Chrono, but is a tank.
Tanya: Machine gun IFV.
Spy: Machine gun IFV.
Soviet
Conscript: Machine gun IFV.
Engineer: Same as Allies Engineer.
Dog: Nothing.
Telsa Trooper: An IFV that shoots a powerful bolt of blue electricity at the enemy. It needs to shoot from short range. It is useful against soldiers and Prism/Mirage tanks.
Crazy Ivan: A mini version of the Demolition Truck.
Flak Trooper: An IFV which is extremely effective against any kind of soldier. Three shots and the soldier is gone. That may seem slow, but it shoots three shots per second.
Boris: Machine gun IFV.
Yuri
Initiate: Shoots like a machine gun IFV, but expels fire instead of shots. It is more effective on tanks.
Yuri Engineer: Same as the others.
Brute: Cannot be put into an IFV.
Virus: Short-range sniper (shorter then the original one). This Virus can leave radiation after every kill.
Yuri Clone: OSAM on soldiers. If any soldier gets near him, press the IFV to attack. It will shoot a cloud of light purple smoke, killing every soldier around him, but not tanks.
Yuri Prime: Same as Clone.
Special Units
Sniper: A long-range Sniper who can shoot faster.
Desolater: Kills Soldiers easily. One shot and the soldier melts. Five of these together are very effective on tanks.
Terrorist: Same as a Crazy Ivan.

Bonus crates

The following items can be collected from bonus crates.

Promotion: Unit that picked up the crate will get promoted.
Speed upgrade: All your units and built units will get more speed.
