Grandpa Gohan

On Dragon Adventure mode in Sayian Saga, defeat General Tao to get the Masters Pupil skill. After that in the Buu Saga when you first can play as Buu, go to the Mountain Road. You will see Yamcha there. You will get the Fox Mask. Fuse those Z Items and Grandpa Gohan will be unlocked.
