Easy experience
While on your journey in Albion you will find three
special potion types, "Ages of Might" , "Ages of
Skill" and "Ages of Will". Each of these potions
offer 1,000 experience points multiplied by your combat modifier.
If your combat modifier is 20 and you use one of these potions,
you will gain 20,000 to 21,000 experience points in the respective
class. If you do not have a combat modifier at the time of ingestion,
you will only receive 1,000 experience points.
You can also find three food items, "Red Meat" , a "Carrot"
and "Fish" (not Moonfish). Each of these food items
can be bought at Market Traders, and each will give you 3 experience
points multiplied by your combat modifier. If your combat modifier
is 1 or lower, you will only get the 3 experience points. Eat
"Red Meat" for Combat Experience, "Carrots"
for Skill Experience and "Fish" for Will Experience.
Eating these in excessive amounts will cause your character to
gain weight. Food items are a good choice if you do not mind your
character's weight. You can save the Ages potions for times where
your combat modifier is high.
PC There are a few points in the game where this will work, but especially
in the "Battle Jack Of Blades" mission. When you gain
access to Bowerstone North, buy all of the diamonds that are for
sale there. The following part will earn you a few evil points,
but for only killing one person. Go to the house that is closest
to the gate leading to Bowerstone South. Find the man who owns
it, and ask him to follow you. Go out the gate at Bowerstone jail.
Press [Delete] to unsheathe your weapon then press [Keypad 0] and kill him. Go back through the gate and buy the house.
Rest until the trader has a new stock of diamonds. Buy them, then
sell all of the ones you have. Buy them back, sell all of them,
then buy them all back. You must end up with the diamonds in your
inventory. Keep doing this until you have enough for the Solous
Greatsword. Buy this weapon and give it the desired augments.
Later in the game you will find a mission in the Lichefield Graveyard.
Once you are able to go through the Demon Door, battle the Living
Dead with the Solous Greatsword. Kill all the ones just past the
door, then Hero Save. Load that mission, and you will have all
of the experience you earned and will be next to the Demon Door.
Repeat this process until you have enough. This is also useful
in the "Battle Jack Of Blades" mission; when you kill
him, do nothing with the sword. Instead Hero Save, and load again.
After you defeat Jack of Blades for the first time, you will get
the Sword Of Aeons and a lot of experience gems. Let the sword
regenerate your health, then Hero Save and load the game. Do not
kill your sister or throw the Sword Of Aeons in yet. You can kill
her or throw the sword in later. You will have all the experience
gems you earned for defeating Jack of Blades (between 25,000 and
70,000), and you can use them to upgrade yourself before you fight
him again.

This trick requires the spell Physical Shield. Having either Avo's
Tear, the Sword of Aeons, or the Murren Greathammer equipped due
to their experience augmentations is also recommended. You also
must have completed the Bargate prison quest where you save your
mother. After finishing it, teleport back to Lychfield Graveyard
and go through the Graveyard Path, Circle of the Dead, and the
Underground Passage to the area called the Prison Path. Here,
small zombies continually respawn in groups of two to three out
of the ground. Equip Physical Shield and attack with either your
weapon or spell of choice. Note: The bow is a little too slow.
As long as your Physical Shield stays up, your combat multiplier
will not go down. You can build your combat multiplier to high
levels and earn over 900,000 general experience points in about
fifteen minutes, not counting strength or will. Once you grow
tired of doing this, drink any Ages Of Skill, Will, or Might that
you have.
Get the Arena Quest card when it becomes available. Go to the
arena and save the game before you ask the guard to compete. Go
inside, then compete until you have defeated the two Rock Golems.
After that point, accept the money reward. Go back to the cells
and Hero Save. Load your saved game to do it again. You can get
a lot of experience by doing this. You can also buy Augmentations
from the trader inside repeatedly by using this strategy.
Use the following trick to get full Strength, Magic, and skill
at beginning of game. When you get out of the guild go to Bowerstone
South. Buy more than 350 carrots from the merchant with the small
wooden stand. Then, buy a lot of fish. If you run low on money
keep defeating the fist fighters gang repeatedly. If you have
any Ages Of Will or Skill potions, you will get a lot more experience. Get a woman to follow you into Bowerstone Quay. Corner her and beat her until you get your combat multiplier to about 100. Note: This will take some time, but it is worth it because you will receive about 500,000 experience points for strength. Eat as many carrots and fish as possible. You should be able to max out Physique, Health, Toughness, Guile, Accuracy, and Speed.
Play the mission where you must fight and kill Maze. Do not go
to the barrier until after this trick. At the very top right of
the map where the well is located, there will be a Screamer that
respawns repeatedly. By killing it you will gain about 1,000 general
experience. The maximum amount of general experience is 999,999
points and it will only take about fifteen minutes to get it.
This also results in about 100,000 experience points in skill
or strength.
Use the following trick to get easy skill experience at the start
of the game. After you get out of the Heroes Guild, go immediately
to Grey House. Once there, use the Yew Long Bow and do as little
damage as possible to the undead. Doing 6 to 8 damage per hit,
you will gain a lot of skill experience in a short time. It is
possible to max out your Guile skill in about an hour. The slow
movement of the undead is a plus.
This trick will only work faster if you have a strong weapon. Go to the cliffside path at the Bargate Prison. As soon as you start walking, the undead will appear. Start killing all of them.
This trick is done during the quest that requires you to go to Hook Coast the first time and fight Maze. When you first start fighting Maze, you will hurt then he will teleport. After this first teleport do not attack Maze again. When looking in the direction of where he has teleported, look to the left to find a path that goes upward towards a well. After going all the way up the path to the well you will see where Screamers are spawning to attack you. They are spawning directly behind the well. They are incredibly easy to kill here. If you are skilled enough, they will die in one strike. These Screamers will spawn indefinitely, and will thus give you as much experience as desired. To make this easier, make sure to have Physical Shield. If you make a mistake and get hurt your combat multiplier will not decrease. It is possible to get your combat multiplier up to 150, have all fields of experienced maxed out, and have a total of 1,000 Screamers killed. By doing this you can go to the guild and level up everything desired and easily defeat Jack.
Once you unlock the ability to go to Archon's Shrine, kill the monsters there then walk to the location where you can fish. Turn around and more monsters will appear. Kill them and do this repeatedly for easy experience. This is easiest if your character's Strength, Physique, and Health are at maximum. If you do not get hit during this strategy, you can get your combat multiplier into the hundreds. It is also easier if you have the two summoning spells.
This trick requires as many mana potions as you can have. Make sure that the Physical Shield spell is maxed out. Get to the part when you are racing Jack to the Ancient Cullis Gates. Get to any part (preferably the barnyard area, as there is more space to hit things) where enemies tend to spawn endlessly as long as you stay in the area. Keep the Physical Shield up by using mana potions and keep hitting. You can get your combat multiplier up to about 300.
To get a lot of experience points you need a high multiplier. The skills Physical Shield, Berserk and Time Stop will help. Physical Shield very important because it prevents you from losing HP and your multiplier. Also, buy all the MP potions you can find.
A good way to gain experience points is to drink an Aegis Of Might, Will, or Skill when your multiplier is high.
Easy Magic experience
Xbox Get your Magic Power level to at least level 3. Buy the Summon Spell at any level, and Physical Shield. Have some Will Potions ready, and get your combat multiplier as high as possible using melee or bow (not magic). When you have a high combat multiplier, hold R and press the appropriate button for the Summon spell constantly. If you run out of mana, just use a Will Potion. By doing this, you can get up to 20,000 magic experience points in one or two minutes.
This trick will only work faster if you have a strong weapon. Go to the cliffside path at the Bargate Prison. As soon as you start walking, the undead will appear. Start killing all of them.
Easy Strength experience
- When you fight Jack Of Blades for the first time (physical form) and defeat him, you will receive two options of what to do with the Sword Of Aeons. You can kill his sister or cast it into the dark void. Rather than doing this, go into the weapons menu and take out another weapon (a stronger one preferably) and start attacking his sister with it. She cannot die and your combat multiplier goes up tremendously. Continue doing this to earn a lot of strength experience.
- Go to Archons shrine and equip your "stick" for a weapon. Fight the undead one at a time. Each time you do this you will gain about 13,000 to 17,700 strength experience per kill. Within five kills you will have nearly 100,000 strength experience.
- Do the "Beardy Baldy" quest at Bowerstone Quay. Just as he is about to run away, beat him up. Beat him up for several game days and you should have at least 125,000 strength experience. However, you will also max out your Evil points. You can do this with other people in Bowerstone, but you must have a combat multiplier and strength experience.
Easy Will experience
Note: You must have at least 100 Will Potions and Lightning
mastered, as well as mana capacity. Go to Archon's Shrine and
go to the frozen lake with all of the Wraiths (Icy Undead) walking
on it. Use Lightning on one of the Wraiths and the lightning will
jump to the other ones. Do this until all of them are dead, then
go onto another frozen lake with trees on it. Go as far as you
can go in that area, then return to the lake you were at before.
All of the Wraiths will have respawned. Keep your distance and
kill them with Lightning again. When your combat multiplier reaches
about 100, drink some experience potions. Whether you drink them
or not, you will still get more than 100,000 Will experience out
of it, as well as a lot of general experience. This takes a lot
of time, but it is worth it.
Easy "A+" rank on Will training
When you are being graded for Will training, to get
an "A+" stand next to the bridge facing in between the
side and back of the dummy nearest to the bridge. Lock on to it
and fire. You will automatically switch targets. When you strike
the dummy farthest away from you, stop casting or you will waste
mana. Repeat this and you should get about a score of 21 if done
correctly.
Character development
- At the start of the game, do many good deeds to get your good alignment filled. Also, keep saving money to buy full plate mail (or buy piece by piece). This will serve until you have the best armor in the game. When you have full plate mail, save another 83,000 gold. Then, go to Bowerstone North. Enter the item shop and he will be selling the Solus Greatsword. This is the strongest weapon in the game and kills most enemies in two or three hits. To get the best bow in the game, Skorm's bow, you need to be very good (halo above your head). Hire three henchmen to follow you and bring them to the Chapel of Skorm. Then, sacrifice them. If you are evil, you must sacrifice ten or eleven henchmen. While you are saving money, also max out Physique, Health, and Toughness (in that order). You can add points into toughness, Health and Physique at the same time but make sure Physique is maxed out before Health, and make sure Health is maxed out before Toughness. After you defeat Jack of Blades for the first time, all these attributes should be maxed out and you will do amazing damage, have lots of health, and have skin as tough as stone. While saving money and maxing out those three attributes, also collect Silver Keys. After you have twenty-five keys, you can get the best armor in the game. First, go to the Necropolis, when you do the Necropolis quest. Go across the bridge and turn right. There should be two chests. In the chest which requires twenty-five keys, there is Arkon's helm, chest plate, gloves, legs and boots. You should now have the best weapon in the game (Solus Greatsword), the best bow in the game (Skorm's Bow), the best armor in the game (Arkon's) and have maxed out Physique, Health and Toughness.
- Start with a bad warrior and get lots of strength experience. Do this by completing the first wasp quest, then do the Beardy Baldy quest in Bowerstone Quay. When he is running, beat him up non-stop for several days until you have well over 100,000 Strength experience. Then, level your character up. Take a pilgrimage through Darkwood, then to Oakvale. While you are there, buy a spade. Immediately go back through Darkwood and return to the Hobbe caves. Before you enter, buy lots of potions and meat and sell your villager suit. Wear your apprentice robe. Make sure that you have the Iron Katana. After you are sure that you are ready, kill some Hobbes. Do this until you are halfway to the good from your full evil alignment. If you still want to be evil, kill some traders or raid some towns. After you have gotten that far, continue until you are at a very good Renown status, then continue the game as usual.
Gain evil morality
Use the following trick to re-enact the Oakvale Raid
cheat and gain evil morality. To recreate this viscous battle,
go to Bowerstone South and hire the mercenary in the tavern. Then,
teleport over to Twinblades Camp and hire the mercenary. Once
this is accomplished, ask all of the available bandits in Twinblades
Camp and Twinblades Elite Camp to follow you. Do not teleport,
as the other un-hired bandits will not follow you. Take them all
the way back from the camp, through the cliff-top patch, and into
Oakvale. Once there, simply attack a villager. The bandits will
follow suit, attacking guards and villagers alike. This is a good
way to boost your morality towards the evil side (if you are working
on the temple of Avo). Also take advantage of the situation to
raid shops and rob them blind, as your bandit friends create an
ample distraction. Be careful not to kill the shopkeeper.
Killing innocent people without gaining evil points
This trick is useful if you want to buy a place but
do not want the evil points awarded for killing the owner. Note:
You must be good to do this trick. Go the person in question and
tell them to follow you. Take them to any area with enemies. You
may have to destroy a few to get the people to the correct location
because they will not follow you once they see an enemy. Then,
just let the creature kill the innocent person. The person is
now dead and you will not be blamed.
Forever young
- During the "Find The Archaeologist" quest, you can submit about 50,000 gold to the Temple of Avo and obtain five to ten years of youth. Hero Save and go back and do this all over again. A lot of gold will be required. Leave some experience points for other level ups, because the effect will not be seen until you level up a few skills, World Save, and reload the game. If you have the experience points and master the last of your skills, you should be young forever.
- This trick is similar to acquiring both wizard hats. First, you cannot have gone beyond the "Find the Archaeologist" quest because this is your source of power with the Hero Save. That quest alone can help you collect any item in your limited progress of Albion's map, as many times as desired (including Silver Keys). As long you have not collected them before you begin this quest. Acquire an excess of money. Do this in your travels from the beginning of the game up to the "Find the Archaeologist" quest. Buy as many emeralds from town and traveling merchants as possible. Once you have at least fifteen emeralds with no training of Guile, sell all of them to a trader who has at least fifteen or more emeralds of his own. Buy them back. They should be cheaper. Repeat this until you have bought him out. You should now be able to cycle back and forth, buying and selling the same emeralds but making a profit. The more emeralds, the faster the profit. Next, start the "Find the Archaeologist" quest, entering the Witchwood Cullis Gate with an excess of 200,000 gold. Make your way to the Temple of Avo and make sure you are wearing some evil clothing, as this saves you money. Drop about 50,000 to 100,000 gold into the temple donation. You will receive either the Sentius or the Youth blessing. Once blessed, Hero Save and repeat the process as many times as desired. The advantage of doing this is if your character's appearance is important to you. Aging is prevented just so long as you keep your age below 30 to 35. The color of your hair should stay black or blond, your tattoos will not fade, and your skin will not get wrinkled.
Sleep with wife without too much flirting
Do the following after getting a house and a wife.
Take your wife to your bed and flirt until she asks if you want
to go to bed. Say "Yes" and watch or skip the "act".
Then, have your wife "Follow" you and just wait by the
bed. After about one or two minutes, your wife will ask you again
if you want to go to bed. Say "Yes". As long as you
stay by the bed, you will not have to flirt and your wife will
do all the asking.
Getting away with murder
At night, sneak into someone's house (do not slash
the door). Either pick the lock or go in at dusk before the doors
close. Go in and kill the people who live there when no one is
looking, except them. Quickly kill them and run out of the house.
You will not be charged with murder and you will be able to buy
the house. This will not work every time. If you get caught, either
reload the game or use your Guild Seal and teleport away.
Easy theft
To steal anything in most shops, get a lot of beer
from the tavern. Give it to the shop owner you want to steal from.
It usually takes about three or four beers to keep them drunk.
When they start swaying and blubbering, push them out of the shop.
You are now free to steal anything desired while the shopkeeper
wanders around. Be aware of your surroundings; some people might
walk in if they are attracted to you. They will stay drunk for
about three or four minutes, giving you plenty of time to pillage.
