Martha's Mug Shot mission: Fast destination

Jump on top of the Stretch and it will automatically drive you towards your destination when Candy enters it. A better way of doing this is to use the flamethrower weapon on the driver. He will come out of the Stretch. Wait until Candy approaches the vehicle. When she gets inside, quickly enable the fannymagnet code or press [Esc] first before enabling the code. The Stretch will move for a short second and Candy will abruptly come out of the vehicle and start to attract you. Get inside of the vehicle, wait for Candy to enter it again, and you will now have complete control over it. Drive to your destination and you will be there in no time.

Martha's Mug Shot mission: Martha talks to a ghost

Do the "Martha's Mug Shot mission: Fast destination" glitch as well as having Candy being attracted to you already. Drive her towards the destination. Once the intermission sequence occurs, she will just close and open the Stretch's door repeatedly. After that, the Stretch with you and Candy inside will respawn on the rooftop with Martha talking to no one. Once the intermission sequence with the "talking" is over, you will fail the mission because you have been spotted by the FBI guards near you. Note: If you want to do this glitch without failing the mission, bail out of the Stretch just before you reach your destination. The intermission sequence will now show Candy trying to run after you, and your Stretch will not respawn on the rooftop with Martha still talking to a ghost.

Repeated glass shattering

Completely break off any vehicle's front window with a gun. Then, immediately press [F1] and press it again. As a result, the vehicle's glass will keep shattering every time you press [F1], even when there is no glass to break. Note: This may also work for the glasses in the malls or for the glasses on the street sides.

Phantom driver

Stop in front of any car and shoot at the window. As soon as the driver gets out of the car, immediately press [F1] for the replay effect then press the key again. The driver will be paused. You can even go through his body. You will notice that you cannot go into the driver's side of the door, but you can go in the passenger side if there was no one seated in it before. If you go inside the car on the passenger side you will be trapped there. Note: Do this glitch if you want to be hijack proof on the driver's side of the door.

Look backwards while driving

Get inside of any vehicle. Hold [Down] to reverse and press the [F1] at the same time. Press [F1] again to exit the replay. Tommy will be looking backwards while driving.

Use any car for vigilante or taxi missions

Get into a police car or taxi and hold [Caps Lock]. Get out, go to another car, and release [Caps Lock]. You can now do the vigilante or taxi missions in that car.

Vehicle morph

To morph with vehicles easily, break off any vehicle that has doors on it (Caddy or bike recommended). Park your vehicle directly next to a clothes icon. At this point, align the vehicle in the middle of it. When you come out, immediately enter back in then accelerate or reverse. Another better way of doing this is to enter inside the vehicle while touching the clothes icon at the same time. Note: The basic controls for driving either your morphed bike or car are as follows: [Shift] is accelerate, [Ctrl] to reverse or brake. [Left] and [Right] to steer.

Ghost vehicles

Note: The controls for driving your ghost vehicle are similar to the controls for the "Vehicle morph" glitch. To make any vehicle a ghost, go to the pink marker that allows you to do the "Publicity Tour" mission, which is near to the V-Rock studio and the Hyman condo. Align your bike next to the pink marker. Exit your vehicle and as soon as Tommy touches the ground, immediately enter into your vehicle again then try to brake up or accelerate to keep Tommy active on his bike. He must be sitting on it before the screen fades away. When the brief FMV sequence begins and ends, your ghost bike will be parked behind the Love Fist limo once the mission starts. To exit the limo, you must let it explode. This can be done by driving fast and carelessly so that the ghost bike behind you can hit into a wall, but at the same time, do not let the meter rise. You know when you have accomplished this when the limo explodes and you fly out of it as if you were the one on the ghost bike that had got into a collision. Then, find this bike, but hold [Handbrake] while running so that the ghost bike does not go off too far. Note: To ride ghost cars instead, you must have done the above with the bike first. After you have done this and have failed the mission, get a Caddy (or break off any other car that has doors) and do the same trick to the pink marker with that vehicle. You will now have a car that can drive itself. The only way to exit this glitch is to ride in one or all of your ghost vehicles.

No vehicles spawn in Vice City

Do the "Phantom Driver" glitch to more drivers inside of vehicles. After doing this, the game will not spawn any more vehicles except for people on the sidewalks and already parked vehicles. This is helpful for completing missions with police chases in them or for doing races at Sunshine Autos. You will also notice that the drivers you have paused will still be there at the same location, including their vehicles. The only way to exit out of this glitch is to enable the bigbang code. Note: To increase the effectiveness of this glitch, pause more drivers inside of vehicles (about five to ten), especially to police cars.

Unlimited pistol ammunition

Go to the Ammu-Nation in Downtown. Enter the back room and keep doing the target challenge. You will notice that every time you complete it, your pistol ammunition will go up. Eventually, there will be no ammo or amount left in the clip shown under the pistol. Note: This trick can only be done with the regular pistol, and not the revolver.

Fixed hood, trunk, and doors

Find any vehicle and have brass knuckles, a bat, or empty hand. Hit either the hood, trunk, or doors two hits for each piece, them get in the car. Press [F1] for a replay then press [F1] to exit the replay. The doors, hood, and trunk will be perfect but open while driving. If you hit anything three times, it will fall off and when driving fast the front hood will fly off.

Driver's door stuck open

Enable the thugstools code, then get in front of anyone's vehicle. Use the Ruger to shoot their head off then get in passenger side. You cannot shut the driver's door unless

you punch it off or get out of vehicle.

Tire tracks in mid-air

Steal a Packer and back cars up its ramp. Sometimes you will see tire tracks in mid-air. To find a Packer, go onto the tarmac behind the Escobar International Airport Terminal.

Fall through game

Take a bike, preferably the PCJ 600, to Washington Beach. Go to one of the outpost huts and place the bike facing the steps. Move backwards until you have enough distance to get some real speed. Once you have done this, drive towards the steps and try to fly over them. If done correctly, when you hit them you will get the "Greetings From Vice City" screen, then see yourself falling through the ground seemingly to nowhere. However, eventually you will return to the ground in a far away area.

At the Hyman Memorial Stadium, do the Hotring event. When the race starts, exit your car. You will see that there is a dark squared entrance at the right in which you can go into, where all of the blown-up cars respawn. From where you are now, take a U-turn towards the right edge of this dark entrance and keep going straight forward until you cannot go any further. Keep hugging yourself (do a few jumps as well) towards the seemingly "impassable" dark wall. If you hug at the correct location, you will fall off the entire Hotring race track leading you to the invisibility of Vice City. When you fall off the Hotring race track, find the correct location to fall off a second time but be careful not to fall into the ocean.

Body morph

This glitch will allow you to morph with any character or pedestrian in Vice City. First, find a vehicle that has a driver which usually attempts to run after you or fight you (particularly gangs). Get in his way and hijack his car. Once he exits, you will notice that he is walking slowly towards you. Do not let him reach you yet. Drive away from him and make sure that he can still be seen. Break off the doors that are on the passenger's side first, then enter the vehicle quickly. Move your vehicle directly next to him. As soon as he tries to take away your car from the passenger's side, accelerate immediately. Tommy's body has now been morphed with a new person. Note: To exit this glitch, hold [Enter]. Once the vehicle has stopped fully, Tommy will come out of his body abruptly.

Stand underwater

Take any sports car with tires that do not become big (for example, the Banshee). Enable the loadsoflittlethings code then drive straight into the water. If you land on a rock, you can get out of the car and stand underwater without getting wasted. If you do not land on a rock ,you will feel as if you are going endlessly down nowhere, but will land far away.

Strange point of view

From the Film Studio's entrance, move directly south. You will see a coastline with some water touching over the grasses. Get further down into this water, but stay close enough so that you do not lose health and drown. Allow yourself to crouch down then switch to the rocket launcher. Right click once to aim. The game will zoom all the way to where the Leaf Links golf course is found, then zoom back to where you are.

Easy Insane Stunt bonus

When you get the car that resembles an older Corvette, enable the seaways code. Drive into the ocean, and the car will not float. It will go down under and remain there for awhile. After a few seconds, the car will respwan on the road. The game will give you lots of money, thinking that you did an Insane Stunt.

Extended wheelies

Use the following trick to get wheelies that last as long as desired. It may work with any motorcycle, but was performed with a PCJ 600. Drive down to the Viceport Docks area. :ook for the trucks that look like huge mobile ramps (they are also at the airport). There is one parked in the parking lot two blocks south of the Pay 'N' Spray there if you cannot find any driving around. Drive up the ramp of the truck carefully and slowly until the front wheel goes over the edge and you are balancing with your back wheel still on the ramp. Do not drive forward too far. Then, sit back for as long as desired. When you are ready, start driving forward or backward again. Note: Some rocking back and forth may be needed to get out of that position. If done correctly, the game should give you a very low money bonus (because the distance is usually only about four to seven feet), but your "Longest Wheelie Time" stat should make up for that. Note: This will only work when the bridges are opened, of course.

Camera and replay of death

This trick will allow you to pause time by the use of a camera and the replay effect. First, get a camera (from missions like Martha's Mug Shot or elsewhere) and take a picture. As soon as you see the camera light flash, immediately press [F1]. Wait a few seconds then press [F1] again. As a result, everything in the game will be paused except for Tommy, who is moving in slow motion. You can do a lot of extremely strange moves with Tommy. To exit this glitch and return to normal time, either retake a picture the proper way or enable the bigbang code. Note: You can still cycle through your weapons, but if you use them it will take a very long time to make a single shot because you are in slow motion and therefore cannot cycle through your other weapons again.

Hold unknown weapons

Hold an ordinary weapon such as guns or the katana. You cannot be empty handed. While holding a weapon, enable the nuttertools code, then press [F1] for the replay effect. Then, immediately press [F1] again. You will be holding an "unknown" weapon. The weapon consists of everything in the scenery, such as trees, buildings, the sky, your surroundings, etc. To hold different "unknown" weapons, keep pressing [F1]. Note: This will cause your game to crash repeatedly exit to Windows. You will also experience unhandled exception error messages.

Invisible weapon inventory

Go to any Ammu-nation or hardware store in Vice City. Walk up to the pink marker and immediately throw a grenade. The cashier will be dead and all of the weapons in the inventory list will disappear except for the Body Armor. You can however still buy the invisible weapons. Note: You will not get any stars for doing this.

Invincibility

As you open the door of a vehicle, quickly press [Esc] and enable any of the different costume codes of your choice. The result will be you being invincible to any attacks that hit you. Also, if you blow up yourself with a rocket launcher, you will still not lose any health or armor, but you will be just lying down pretending to be dead. To "wake" yourself up, enable the same or another different costume code again. Note: This is glitch is similar to the "Phantom driver" glitch because you are actually paused but in a form where the input devices can control your body; however you will not be able to move around anywhere else. People and objects can also go through your body.

Hands free walk

While holding [Up], press [F1] at the same time then press it again. You will be walking without having to press any keys. This is helpful if you are tired of holding the same key. Use the mouse the control the direction in which you are moving. Note: This can be also done in different walking directions with the keyboard -- just make sure you press [F1] while doing so.

Jumping car

Get into a police car and press [Caps Lock] to start a Vigilante mission. Start pressing [Shift] repeatedly until the sirens begin. When this happens press [Shift] again repeatedly until you hop into the air. Do not press [Caps Lock] again. Get out of the police car and get into another car. Press [Shift] and you will jump. Note: This does not work all of the time.
