Drag races

  • The best dragster is the Nissan 240SX. The first chance you get, make a 240SX your drag choice. Put on all the best performance parts you can afford. Remember, you need a lot of speed and traction. After you start setting new track records you will be invited to race Karol Monroe the Drag King. This car will not perform in the Wheelie comp, as it does not have enough power to do so.

  • The best dragster is the Dodge Challenger R/T. Fully upgraded the car runs 7.6 seconds in the quarter mile. The car will stand on the rear end all the way down the track, if you make the rear shocks stiff, and will do over 1,000 foot wheelies. If you make the rear shocks soft, you can run 7.6 seconds in the quarter mile and not have to worry about the front end lifting up.Some tuning will be needed, and knowledge of cars will definitely help.
  • The best Drag car is the Supra. If you have enough money or a "Free Car Marker", you could also choose the Pagani Zonda.
Tuning (Supra)
All Stage 4 parts is necessary to drive the quarter mile at seven seconds flat. With these settings it is almost impossible to do it slower than 7.6. Also remember to max out the Aerodynamics by giving the car the best body kit, spoiler, and hood.
Suspension: All settings from Front Shock Compression Rate to Rear Spring Rate should be max low (soft)
Ride height: A couple of clicks to the left (low).
Toe In and Caster should be increased for stability. Do not max them out.
Steering Response Ratio: Ten clicks to the right (stiff)
Cam Timing: Seven clicks to the right (Advance)
Start/End Boost: Max high
Nitrous Pressure/Flow Rate: Max high
Drivetrain: All ten clicks to the left (short). Try make settings that fits you the best. If you only drive half mile runs, short gears are not good. But if you like driving quarter miles these settings should be the best:
1st: Short
2nd: Short
3rd: Short
4th: Short
5th: Short
6th: Short
Final: Five clicks to the left

Drift races

The best Drift car is the 1995 Mazda RX-7. It should have medium horsepower; do not use Stage 4 performance parts. Only the tires, brakes, and the suspension should be Stage 4. If you want more power, just add the other Stage 4 packages.

Tuning
Set the suspension three clicks softer (remember to match the settings).
Cam timing: Seven clicks to the right (advance) or two or three clicks to the left.
Start/End Boost: Five clicks to the right or max it out.
Nitrous Pressure/Flow Rate: In the middle or slight to the right. If you like speed drifting, max it out.

Grip races

  • The best grip car is the Porsche 911 Turbo with all stage 4 parts. Keep the front tires narrow for better handling in curves. This car will dominate in all grip races. It can be used to defeat Ryo for the title without tuning. Use the best body kit and spoiler available and max them out.
  • The best Grip car is the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 or the Ford GT, both with all Stage 4 parts and the improvements needed to maximize the aerodynamics.
Tuning
Leave the suspension or make it slightly more stiff.
Cam timing: "Magic" seven clicks to the right (advance).
Start/end boost: Max high/Max high.
Nitrous Pressure/Flow Rate: About seven clicks to the right, depends on personal preference.
Drivetrain: Make the first gear one click shorter than the second. Fourth, fifth and sixth gears should be one click more than the ones before them. Leave second and third gear as is.
Leave Brakes

Speed races

The most tempting choice in this category would be the Pagani Zonda. It is fast, but is very difficult to keep in a straight line. Instead, select the Porsche 911 turbo or the Dodge Viper.

Tuning
Suspension: Increase the Caster to keep the car on a straight line. Make the steering response more stiff.
Drivetrain: Keep the gears as they are or make them all some clicks taller.
Cam timing: Seven clicks to the right (advance) or two or three clicks to the left.
Start/End Boost: Five clicks to the right or max it out.
Nitrous Pressure/Flow Rate: In the middle or slight to the right. If you like speed drifting, max it out.

Wheelie races

  • The best Wheelie car is the Chevelle maxed out and with stiff suspension setting. You can get 410 m every time.
  • The best wheelie car is the 1969 Chevy Camaro SS. Equip all level 3 or level 4 performance parts. You should be able to run wheelies the entire way down, getting in the 1000's.

Defeating Ryo Watanabe

Use the following cars to defeat Ryo Watanabe. Upgrade all cars with Level 4 performance parts and max out the aerodynamics. Note: Bring lots of Total Markers to Race Day.

Grip: Pagani Zonda. Use a "Free Car Marker" for this car if available. You can also use this car to defeat the Grip King.
Drag: Ford Shelby GT500 or Chevrolet Chevelle SS. Do not do anything to the aerodynamics of the Chevelle. You can also use those cars to defeat the Drag King.
Drift: BMW Z4 M Coupe. Even though its stats are low, it is a great Drift car. You can use this car to defeat the Drift King. Alternately, use the Mazda RX-7 if you have won it from the Drift King. It already has all Level 4 performance parts; all you have to do to it is increase its aerodynamics.
Speed: Ford GT. You can also use this car to defeat the Speed King.
