Defeating Darth Vader

For the first part of this battle, use Force Repulse or Force Shield with lightsaber attacks to take him down. When he runs into the room with hot red floors, pull an object off from the wall and hit him with it before he hits you. After he is hit, Force Dash over to where he is and get some easy attacks on him. Once he jumps on to the platform with you, use Force Repulse or Force Shield and perhaps some Force Lightning. Try to block as much as possible; if he hits you he will do quite a bit of damage. Once he is just about dead, press X  Xbox 360   to start the button sequence. After a short intermission sequence you will have to battle him again, this time without his helmet. This battle is very easy. Just make sure you stay out of the air. He will try to use Force Grip on you if you are in the air and he is not stunned. Use Force Dash to get away from him and use Force Repulse to break his block. Get a couple hits in and he will not stand a chance. It will only take a few Force Repulses to take him out, even under the Sith Master difficulty setting. Do the button sequence to defeat him.

Defeating The Emperor

This is the final fight, and will be difficulty under the Sith Master difficulty setting. First, keep blocking throughout the fight. You can time your block with his lightning and create a counter. Once he gets some things to throw at you above him, jump up and use Force Repulse to get rid of them. Then, stand directly next to him and wait for his shield to come off. If he sends his guards at you, it is actually a blessing. They are health for you. The only thing you must be careful of is when you keep hitting him with your lightsaber. Sooner or later he will summon some debris to float above you, and the lightning that comes out will cause massive amounts of damage. Only do one or two full combos before jumping away. Keep deflecting his lightning back at him and you should be alright. You should employ any and all means and tricks to fight him. Throwing objects at him is not recommended unless you are very skilled, since he will probably hit you with his lightning before you can throw anything at him. Another good trick that takes some practice is to hit him with your own lightning and have a little spinning wheel come up. If timed correctly, you can get him every time in addition to the follow on attacks.

Defeating Kazdan Paratus

Use the following trick to defeat Kazdan Paratus under the Sith Master difficulty setting. The entire time you are fighting him, keep him locked on so that you always face him. Keep Left or Right held while locked on and press [Dash] to do a flip to either side. If you press it while pressing Away, Starkiller will perform a backflip. Keep doing this throughout the fight. This should help with his Force Push. Once he starts a combo, you can flip to the side and start your own. Note: Do not do more than two moves unless you score a hit on the first slash. Otherwise, he will perform a combo himself. If you send a Sith Lightning at him, there is a chance he will raise his lightsaber and will pause a moment. This is your cue to flip to the side, because he will send it directly back at you. Keep moving throughout the fight. Once he climbs onto the pole, run to the left side and hide behind the broken wall closest to him. This should protect you from his object throwing. Once he jumps off the pole, dash towards him. Do not get too far away from him or this will cause him to use his Force Push. This fight is one of the more challenging ones, because he moves very fast and can use multiple Force Pushes or attacks, even if you are on the ground.

Defeating Maris Brood

Make sure that you have your Force Shield up to level 1 or 2 before the battle with Maris begins (depending on the difficulty). When Maris becomes invisible, charge up your Force Shield. If it is at level 2, the arcs of lightning will show where she is. You can attack her while the electricity has her stunned. If it is not at level 2, try to randomly attack when she is invisible or use the Force Shield while she is still visible to get easy hits on her.

Defeating the Rancor and Moris Blood

The Rancor that you fight before Moris Blood under the Sith Master difficulty setting can be quite challenging if you use the same strategies you used for other difficulties. On Sith Master, as unfair as it may sound, you are much weaker and the enemy is very strong, damaging, and smart. The Rancor will employ his main move, that is to charge and stop. When he does that, do not double jump and dash away; it simply takes too much time. Simply stand your ground and at the last possible moment dash to the side. Do not use Power Dash as it will drain your power and put you too far from him. You must have to experiment with your timing. If you dash too soon he might follow you. If you dash too late you will get caught in his attack and probably lose a lot of health, just because of the subsequent attacks. As for attacks, you can either jump to his head and perform a full combo, attack four times, or you can perform a single downward hit. Either way you are doing some damage. Do not engage Moris Blood. You will do absolutely no damage to her and will only get caught up in it and get hit by the Rancor. As for the Moris Blood fight, do not get too far away from her. Just keep attacking her. A three- or four-hit combo with lightning strikes works best (hit, lightning/hit, lightning/hit or hit, hit, lightning/hit, lightning/hit). There is no need for any fancy moves in this part of the fight. Just stay close and keep the pressure on.

Lightning grenade

Grip an enemy, then shock them with Force Lightning. Then, Force Throw them at other enemies. The enemy will explode, killing all nearby foes with minimal Force Power consumed.
