Mirror Room: Secret Star

Once you have access to the second floor, visit the Mirror Room with Luigi. Grab a flower and walk into the mirror to pass through it. Go straight to the door in the background and it will open, bringing you to a completely white room with a star in it. To get back into the main area, grab another flower or go to the right to free Wario (if you already have not done so).

Go to the mirror room with Luigi and get the flower. Go into the mirror. Through the other door in the mirror will be a Star.

Stop the clock level

To stop the clock level on the third floor of the castle, jump in at exactly 12 o'clock.

Go in at 3, 6, or 9 o'clock to make it slow, medium, or fast; respectively.

When you go up to the clock, instead of entering it, wait until the big hand goes around once.

Castle secrets

Enter the room where you can change into different characters (Before the room with the Toad and pastel colors). Jump into the glass window of Peach next to Yoshi's door (on the right). You will enter a Castle Secret. You can get three Stars here. Make it to the bottom of the slide to get the first. Make it to the end of the slide in under twenty seconds for the second. Get every coin in the level (including blue ones) for the third.

Enter the castle, run up the stairs, and run to the right. You will see a brown door with a star symbol and the number "1" on it. Enter the room if you have one star. When you get into the room, look to your right. You will notice a big window made of a stained glass Princess Peach. Jump into the window. It will take you to a track course. Do the track course to receive a star, but before starting the course look to the right. You will notice a gray block on the floor with a blue coin in it. Do a Ground Pound and press A + R. Then, enter the course and begin. You will then notice blue and gold coins on the track. Collect as many coins as possible and you will see aan extra life towards the middle of the course. When you cross the finish line, stay where you are. You will then see a yellow box floating in the air with a exclamation point on it. The star is located in that box. Before collecting the star, walk straight towards the gray wall and jump into the wall. An extra life will appear. Jump into the wall as soon as possible or you will not be able to receive the extra life. Then, return to the floating yellow box, jump, and get the star.

Secret Star

Stand on the sun platform in the middle of the main room in the castle as Mario. Gaze up at the sun above the final Boss door. You must perform this trick with Mario because he is the only person that can fly. Inside, you must collect eight red coins and a Star will appear on the center platform. Note: You can only receive this star after you reach a certain point in the game. You will know you have reached this point when the sun shines through onto the platform.

Go into the courtyard, but do not go into Boo's Big Hunt. First, go to the red bricks on the side and Ground Pound them. One of them should have a hole leading to a secret stage where you must collect five silver stars.

On the level where you unlock Wario, once you get down the slide and across to the land, turn to your left to see a narrow little bridge that leads to a different area. Get the Wario hat nearby, then get the Power Flower to turn to Metal Wario. This must be done because the wind blows when you try to cross. However, Metal Wario is not affected by the wind. You will see a big black cube once you get to the other side. Crush the cube to get the Star.

After you get Luigi go up onto the third floor of the castle, go to the mirror room. Get a flower with Luigi and go into the mirror door. There will be a white room with a star in the center.

That door that is next to Wario's door has a Star in it. The only way to get it is to catch all the shiny bunnies. The last bunny should give you a key. Use that key to get into the door.
