Unlockables

Characters

Complete any of the indicated tasks to unlock the corresponding character. There are multiple ways to unlock each character. Note: To determine your mission completion percentage, select "Extra" at the main menu, choose "Rankings", then "Mission Completion".

Awakened Hinata
  • Unlock all characters except for Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto, Sasuke Second State, Bando, and Kagura.
  • 100% combined mission completion for Hinata and Neji.
  • 300% combined mission completion for all characters.
  • Fight in 700 battles.
Anko
  • 15% mission completion for Orochimaru.
  • Fight in 350 battles.
Asuma
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 4.
  • 30% combined mission completion for Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji.
  • Fight in 160 battles.
Baki
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • 30% combined mission completion for Gara, Temari, and Kankuro.
  • Fight in 350 battles.
Bando
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • Unlock all characters except for Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto, Sasuke Second State, Kagura, and Awakened Hinata.
  • 20% mission completion for Kabuto.
  • Fight in 550 battles.
Itachi
  • 30% combined mission completion for Kakashi, Asuma, and Kurenai.
  • Fight in 400 battles.
Kabuto
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • Unlock all characters except for Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto, Sasuke Second State, Bando, and Kagura.
  • Fight in 500 battles.
Kagura
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • 30% combined mission completion for Kabuto, Bando, and Tsunade.
  • Unlock all characters except for Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto, Sasuke Second State, Bando, and Kagura.
  • Fight in 650 battles.
Kisame
  • 30% combined mission completion for Guy, Asuma, and Kurenai.
  • Fight in 300 battles.
Komachi
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • Fight in 90 battles.
Kurenai
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • 30% combined mission completion for Hinata, Kiba, and Shino.
  • Fight in 120 battles.
Orochimaru
  • 20% combined mission completion for Jiraiya and Tsunande.
  • Fight in 200 battles.
Pain
  • Complete all missions with each Akatsuki member with a "Hokage" rank.
Sasuke Second State
  • Unlock all characters except for Ultimate Nine Tailed Naruto, Bando, and Kagura.
  • 50% mission completion for Sauaske.
  • 300% combined mission completion for all characters.
  • Fight in 800 battles.
Towa
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • Fight in 80 battles.
Nine Tailed
  • Unlock all characters except for Sasuke Second State, Bando, and Kagura.
  • 50% mission completion for for Naruto.
  • 300% combined mission completion for all characters.
  • Fight in 750 battles.
Yugao Uzaki
  • Complete story modes on CPU difficulty level 2 or higher.
  • 30% combined mission completion for Baki, Komachi, and Towa.
  • Fight in 450 battles.
Zetsu
  • Play as Susan-o five times with Sasuke in Versus mode.

Final Valley stage

Complete both Ultimate Nine-Tailed Naruto's and Second State Sasuke's "S" rank missions and get the rank "Head Ninja" or "Hokage".

Two Player Time Attack mode

Get at least "Jonin" rank in Two Player Score Attack mode.

Two Player Survival mode

Get at least "Jonin" rank in Two Player Time Attack mode.

Attack Power level 4

Play 600 battles.

BGM Music

Successfully complete story mode under all four difficulty settings.

Story Mode Viewer

Successfully complete story mode under all four difficulty settings.

Kumite mode

Get first place in Score Attack mode.

Survival mode

Get first place in Time Attack mode.

Voices

Reach 30% mission completion for a character to unlock their voice.

Glitches

Fire Style: Dragon Flame Takedown

Use Sasuke in a fight. Make sure the opponent is not blocking and hit them three or four times, following by a Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu. This Jutsu will burn them to the ground for awhile if you have full Chakra, and may have repeated noises from your opponent. They are sticking to the ground, unable to move until the Jutsu is over. This takes down a lot of health.
