Prequel bonus

Have a completed saved game file from One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1. You can transfer your character stats and Boss characters. This will also unlock the Hard mode option.

Versus mode characters

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character.

Crocodile: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 1).

Doflamingo: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 4).

Edward Newgate (optional boss): Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 3).

Final Boss: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 5).

Final Boss (second form): Defeat him under the Hard difficulty (Island 5).

Garp (optional boss): Defeat him under the Unlimited difficulty (Island 4)

Human Lucci (optional boss): Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 2).

Kaku: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 3).

Kid: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 1).

Kizaru: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 4).

Leopard Lucci: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 3).

Mihawk: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 2).

Pauly (optional boss): Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 2).

Shanks: Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 2).

One Piece Unlimited Cruise Bosses: Have a saved game file from One Piece Unlimited Cruise with all the Bosses unlocked, or complete One Piece Unlimited Cruise 2 Boss Rush mode under the Unlimited difficulty.

Vivi (optional boss): Defeat him under the Normal difficulty (Island 1).

Survival mode

Successfully complete the game under the Normal difficulty setting.

Boss Rush mode

Collect the map pieces from the One Piece Unlimited Cruise Bosses under the Unlimited difficulty setting. Note: They must be defeated with the Fury Boost in order for the map pieces to appear.
