Press Up two times, Down, Up, Plus at the Snake Boxer 5 title screen. Boxer Joe will be replaced with a Cobra.

Hidden shirt

Enter the photo booth, aim the Wiimote at the top of the light closest to "The Cheat", then press A. After the pointer changes shape, hold A and drag the shirt onto Strong Bad to wear it.
