World 2-1: Unlimited lives

At the start of the level, jump to the top of the three step staircase. Move forward until you see a flying turtle. Jump on the flying turtle once to move it towards the stairs. Place Mario at the top of the first step and repeatedly tap [Jump] as quickly as possible on the turtle as soon as he is on the second step.
