Increasing skills

To raise a skill past 100, you need to fortify the governing attribute for that skill. This is helpful for fast leveling to increase luck.
Create a spell called "Caldec's Voice" and make it do the following things:

  • Fortify Attribute: Personality 100 points on Self; Duration: 2
  • Soultrap on Target; Duration: 1

This spell should cost about 160 gold. Buy it, then cast it a few times. Then, make a spell called "Caldec's Grace" and add the following effects.

  • Fortify Attribute: Speed 50 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Endurance 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Intelligence 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Luck 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Strength 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Willpower 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Fortify Attribute: Agility 100 points on Self; Duration 2
  • Soultrap on Target; Duration: 1

This spell should be about 555 gold. Buy it, then cast it and the last spell a large number of times. Your stats should be permanently enhanced.

Use the following trick to permanently increase your stats. At the beginning of the game, after you leave the first office, go to the trader. Buy the spell Jack Of All Trades to learn Fortify Attribute. You can do that, or just learn the Fortify Attribute some other way. Go to a spell maker, the closest being in the Mages guild in Balmara, and make a spell with "Fortify Attribute (attribute)" make the maximum and minimum of each attribute the same and the duration as 1. Cast on self, and start at about 10 or else it will cost a lot of money. Add a Soultrap into the spell. Cast on target for two seconds. The spell should look like this : Fortify (attribute) 10 Soultrap on target 2 sec. Note: When you cast the spell, look directly down or get up close to an object and look at it. Otherwise the spell will only last for two seconds. This will permanently increase whatever stats you desire. After you get your stats up slightly and get some gold, this spell will work with up to seven attributes at once, each increased by 100 or the same attribute increased by 700. A spell like this will work:

  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Fortify strength 100
  • Soultrap on target 2 seconds

This will increase your strength by 700 for each cast. Note: Do not make your speed incredibly high. Less than 800 or so is recommended. If it is too fast, you will go through a wall and die.

You can increase your stats permanently with these spells. You will need 1,600 gold and Jack of Trades (in the trade house in Seyda Neen) or the Fortify stat spell. Go to a Spellmaker and make these spells. All spells should be made in this order. When you make a Fortify Speed spell, make the magnitude so that your stats is at level 135. It is not too slow, but not too fast. Fortify <attribute> 100 points (or other magnitude) for two seconds on self. Soul Trap one second on target. Then, name the spell. You can use these names since they refers to the stat you want to increase:

  • Caldec's Power (Strength)
  • Caldec's Knowledge (Intelligence)
  • Caldec's Will (Willpower)
  • Caldec's Feet (Agility)
  • Caldec's Shoes (Speed)
  • Caldec's Lungs (Endurance)
  • Caldec's Charm (Personality)
  • Caldec's Luck (Luck)

Xbox  Each spell should be priced about 160 gold if you are in the Mages Guild. Highlight your Makgika in your menu and press Black, White(2), Black, White. Then, hold A. While holding A, press B to get out of the menu with a full bar always. Use the Intelligence spell once and the Luck spell a few times so that when you do the other spells you will have a 100% chance to perform it. You now have any stat increasing spell. Delete the speed spell after you get to about level 135 if you want to actually play the game. If you go to level 200, it moves very fast.

To rapidly increase levels, make a character with Alchemy as a major or minor skill. When in Balmora go to Ajira with at least a mortar and pestle, and over 100 gold. Buy large Kwama Eggs, Hound Meat, and Crab Meat. Then, sell all of it back to her. You will lose some money by doing this, but it is worth it in the long run. Repeat this a few times, then make potions with the ingredients and sell them. Then, repeat the process as many times as needed. Eventually you will have a never-ending supply of Restore Fatigue potions, and you can sell 800 gold worth to Ajira every day to increase gold as well.

Join the Imperial Legion. Go to Solstheim and do the quests for Bloodmoon up until the one where you restore the power of the Skaal. Talk to Bronrod The Roarer (if not him, it is someone in one of the houses in the village). Buy the spell from him that fortifies a skill, then go to a spellmaker (Mages Guild members know about this) and make a spell with the following: Fortify Skill (choose whatever skill desired) 100 to 100 for two seconds, Soultrap on target for one second. Cast it once and your skill will jump over one hundered. Note: It is best to do this only on skills not listed in your major or minor skill areas - your major and minor skills cause you to level up, and you will not be able to level up afterwards unless you do it on only the misc. skills, as they have no bearing on your level up status.

Go to the town of Sadrith Mora and walk to the Dirty Corner Club. Note: It is outside the castle walls. Inside up the steps, you will find a person who sell spells Purchase "Scourge Blade". Look at your top ten skills and find a spell maker to create a Drain skill Spell. For example, if you have Short Blade as a main skill, create the spell Drain Short Blade. To maximize the spell, set it to range 100 magnitude, 100 duration, 1 to 2 seconds). Find a person that trains the skill you selected. Cast the Drain Skill Spell, and train away. You will now see that it costs 1 gold to train your skill and it increases just the same. This is better than a permanent Fortify Skill spell. If you like to boost your skills by a permanent Fortify Spell, notice that once you try to gain status within a group (for example, Mages Guild, Fighters Guild, etc.), they will not let you join because your skill is not seen as valid.

Increase Acrobatics skill

To increase Acrobatics, jump as you are traveling. It will level up after 50 to 100 jumps. Jumping from building top to building top may increase this skill faster. You can also jump in place.
and

Use the following trick to get 1000 Acrobatics. This requires two scrolls of Icarian Flight which can be obtained from Tharhief near Syda Neen. Cast a scroll of Icarian Flight then jump forward. Ready another scroll of Icarian Flight. A few seconds before you land, cast the second scroll. You will land with no damage taken and receive 1000 Acrobatics. Note: When you have over 1000 Acrobatics and you jump, you will die unless you land in water.

To get your Acrobatics skill up quickly, find a long stairway or a fairly steep hill. Jump up the stairs or hill while holding the movement stick [Forward]. Keep pressing [Jump] because you will not jump high or go very far with only one jump. You will be jumping so fast up the hill or stairs that it will not take too long to increase that skill. You will jump about five or six times for every jump you would have done while standing still or moving across flat land. This is especially useful when leveling up a character that needs good strength.

To get 10,000 points on acrobatics early in the game, after you leave Seyda Neen there should be a person falling from the sky. After he lands, take the Incarian Flight scrolls. Use one, then press [Jump]. Before you hit the ground, summon the second flight scroll. Jump before you hit the ground and you will land safely and your acrobatics Should be over 10,000.

Xbox   Go to your stats menu and highlight your fatigue when it is close to empty. Press Black, White(2), Black, then hold A. Press B before your fatigue fills all the way up. Your fatigue should go down, but fill up automatically. Go to a very long staircase or inclined walkway and repeatedly press L and press Forward. You will jump incredibly fast and keep up the same fatigue. Go all the way up and down for awhile and your acrobatics level will skyrocket. At 90 Acrobatics you can jump over city walls with empty fatigue while wearing glass armor.

Find a steep pair of steps and make sure that they are quite long. Go up them while jumping rapidly. This decreases the air time there for maximizing the number of times you can jump. When your reach the top, jump backwards and repeat.

Put Acrobatics on your major skills at the start of the game. Then, go to the Silt Strider in Seyda Neen and travel to Balmora. Jump down the stairs then jump in the middle of the next staircase. Repeat this to continue your level up.

To easily level your Acrobatics skill, continuously jump as you move around. Jumping up and down hills or off ledges will have a greater effect than doing this on flat ground. Be careful when jumping off ledges that are too high for you Agility rating.

Increase Alchemy skill

Steal the Full Masters Alchemy equipment from the Caldera Mage's Guild (from behind the door on the ground floor). Then, travel to Tel Branora/Tel Mora. On the bottom floor of Mistress Therayne's wizard tower. there will be someone selling ingredients/potions/alchemy equipment. Buy 10 Crab Meat and 10 Hound Meat from her, then repeat until you have about 100 of each. Turn these into potions using the Masters Alchemy Equipment then sell the potions back to her. Repeat this for a while until you have gained about 3,000 or 4,000 gold. After this, start selling your Masters Alchemy Equipment and replacing it with Grandmasters Alchemy Equipment one by one, supplementing your money by making Crab/Hound Meat potions. After this you should have gone up a considerable amount in Alchemy as well as having about 5,000 in gold.

Increase Alteration skill

Use magic that falls under the school of Alteration that you can use an unlimited amount of times, such as Water Walking or Shield. Enable the "Unlimited magic" code then continuously cast the spell to dramatically increase your Alteration stat.

Increase Armor skill

To increase Armor, find some enemies that do not do much damage and get hit by them. The Slaughterfish is a good choice.

Enable the "Change health level" so that your health will continually restore. Then, find an island that has a very weak creature on it (for example, a Rat or Kwamma. Allow the game to run overnight. Your armor skills for the type of armor you were wearing should have increased very high.

Increase Athletics skill

To increase Athletics, run (not walk) around until your fatigue bar hits 0. Then, wait for your fatigue bar to raise to full and repeat.

Increase Block skill

To increase Block, hold Chop while using a shield and get hit by enemies.

Increase Hand To Hand skill

Enable the "Unlimited health" code then enter a fight with anyone or anything. Do not use a weapon. Only use your hands. You will drain their fatigue and they will fall. Do not kill them. When they fall, allow them to get up then attack them again with your hands. Repeat this process when they fall again to quickly increase your Hand To Hand skill.

Increase Magicka skill

To increase various Magicka skills (Alteration, Destruction, etc.), go to one of the Mages Guilds and look for a person that has the option of Spellmaking. For example, if you want to increase Destruction, go to a spell that is under the Destruction school, such as Fire Bite. Put the spell Firebite under Effects and set all of the things such as duration and magnitude to 1. Go around casting the spell at objects (not at people). Every time you cast it, it will go up about 3/100 points.

Increase Mercantile skill

To increase Mercantile, buy something cheap (10 to 20 gp) and always go down on the price slightly. Then, sell it back for a little more than they desire.

Increase Sight skill

Use the following trick to get perfect vision at all times. Get the spells "Night Eye" and "Soul Trap". Go to a spell maker. One can be found in the Balmora Mages Guild. Once there, go to "Spellmaking" and create a spell:

  • Night Eye 10 points 2 seconds on self.
  • Soul Trap 1 second, 0 area on target.

Buy the spell, which should be cheap. Cast the spell as many times as desired, but make sure you are facing the ground at your feet when you cast it. Every time you cast the spell, your sight will get a little better. Do not use a light spell for this effect as over 50 points causes lighting glitches.

Increase Speechcraft skill

Start a conversation with someone and use Persuasion on them. Highlight "Admire" and continuously select it. It will happen slowly at first, but over time you will be successful more often and level up faster. This is better than randomly using it throughout the game.

Xbox  Note: This trick requires a controller with a auto-fire feature. Talk to a random person. Enable the auto-fire on A and keep that button pressed. This should rapidly select "Admire" on the person and rapidly fill your Speechcraft up to level 100. If you have Speechcraft as a major skill this will also level you up several times. Doing this immediately in a new game will give you a major advantage as far as stats, as well as allow you to boost everyone's demeanor to a higher level, making information gathering much easier.

Increase Speed skill

Xbox  Note: This may take some time. To level up your Speed, find a corner of a building, trees, etc. Then, use an object to hold the Right Analog-stick and allow the game to remain in this state.

Increase Unarmored skill

Enable the "Unlimited health" code. Get into a fight with anyone or anything without wearing any armor of any kind. Allow your opponent(s) to continuously attack you, but do not attack back. Your Unarmored stat will increase very quickly.

Increase Weapon skill

Xbox  Find a weapon that has bound whatever that weapon is (for example, a katana with bound long sword) and cast the Bound spell. When the weapon appears, hold X + R and your weapons will continuously switch. When the bound weapon wears off, your stat with the weapon should have increased dramatically. For example, it is possible to raise my longs word skill from 50 to over 2000 in about five minutes.

Increasing stats easily

Enchant any ring with the following: Soul Trap (Duration: 1 second, Range: target), and Fortify Attribute (Range: Self, Duration: 2 seconds, Magnitude: any). Set the ring to cast when used. You can use any kind of Soul Gem, but a valuable one is recommended. Wear your ring, look straight down, and use it. Your chosen attribute should go up permanently.

Restore lost stats

If you have done anything to drop a stat, such as the "Soultrap" glitch, go to the Ald Run Mages Guild. Note: There are probably other altars that have "Restore Attributes". Go all the way downstairs, then to the left. Look at the altar. Make a donation, and choose "Restore Attributes". This works for all lost stats such as Security or Personality. Note: If you want your dropped skill to be many levels higher, go to a trainer who teaches that skill, then get your attributes restored. You can raise stats for a lot cheaper.

Perfect vision always

This trick requires a Grand Soul Gem or Azura's Star with a Golden Saint in it. Then, get a weapon with a enchantment point of at least 100. Enchant it, or get someone to enchant it for you, and choose Night Eye. You willf need a Night Eye spell, which is not difficult to find. Then, choose it to be 100 to 100 with a distance of 50. Then, choose Enchant, and switch to Common Soul Gem before creating. If you have a Deadric Tower Shield, you can do something else, like bound a weapon. This is very useful, especially in caves and dark ruinic sites.

Easy leveling and controlling level up multipliers

First, you will need a lot of money, depending on the skill you wish to train. Next, you will need to find someone who teaches that skill. Once you have done both of those things, start training repeatedly in a certain skill, or multiple skills. As you probably know, when someone trains you in any skill, your level meter goes up 1/10. Train ten times, or however many times it takes you to level, to level up. To control the multipliers (relatively) you will need to know the governing attribute of the skill(s) you have trained in. When you train in something, the multiplier on the governing attribute of that skill goes up by 1x, to a maximum of 5x. You can have any number of multipliers, as long as they add up to ten. Note that certain skills take more to train than others, and as your skill increases, so does the price of the training. The following is a list of trainers and their locations that can train their particular mastery up to 100 points. Note: Some of the trainers will require you to do certain things, such as get to a certain rank in their guild. Others will train you for your gold.

Easy leveling

To level very fast, find a place in the water with many Slaughterfish and other aquatic enemies. Enable the "Change health level" code and let them attack you. They will not kill you. Allow the game to idle. When you get to back to the game, you will need to rest a lot and will go up about 10 levels.

During the early stages of the game, kill an ordinary creature within the world of Morrowind. However while fighting with a foe in caverns, huts, and houses, give as much damage as possible to opponents. Just before the end of the lifepoints, leave the area by using the doors. When you get outside you will see that no one follows you out. When you are out, try to heal yourself by resting then return to the fight. Keep doing this until the opponents are dead. The best way to fight is to be near a door. In the early stages you can do this with one strong foe until you can level up. This trick is not valid for the ancestral tombs or similar buildings filled with creatures that magic or enchanted weapons are required to kill.

Increase weapon skills

Xbox  To increase any one of your weapon skills, bind that type of weapon and hold X + L +R at the same time. The game will make a switching sound, but it will not actually switch.

Increase Sneaking skill

PC  Set Sneak to an unbound key such as [Ctrl] or [Enter]. Find a town, locate an NPC that stands still, and hold [Sneak]. If done correctly, the icon indicating that you are successfully sneaking should pop on and off the screen. Check to make sure that your Sneak ability is going up gradually. If not, then you are not close enough to another NPC. Move yourself around until your ability slowly increases. Provided the NPC does not walk away and you keep the [Sneak] held, your ability will continue to build. Leave the game alone for a few hours and your Sneak should grow very quickly. It requires about six hours to build Sneak from 40 to 100.

Go to the Balmora Mages Guild. On the lowest level in the northeast corner of the room, get the man with the red robe to look away from the corner. Sneak around him so he does not turn around. Sit in the corner and hold Sneak. The lady walking back and forth will do all the work for you.

Stealing items easily

Xbox  Get on a counter, aim down at what you want to grab, jump into the air, and at the height of the jump press A. If done correctly, you will grab the item without getting a bounty. To test this, jump up, and at the height of the jump, talk to the merchant. He should say "Who's there?". You can use this with Telekenesis to get things out of reach from the counter; or with a lock pick or unlock spell to open chests undetected.

PC  When you see an item that you would like to steal in a shop with a guard, look directly at the item. Then right click to display your menu. Move the boxes out of the way, then click on all the desired items you wish to steal and drop them into your inventory. Then, click on the items while still in the menu and set them somewhere else in your surroundings. Next, right click again and report to the guard that you will pay a small fine. However, you may now pick up the items you dropped and no one cares. Try this trick on the Orcish armor in Balmora's and Suran's armorer shops.

To easily steal items, go into a store, house, etc. Find a table, counter, or some other object, then get on top of it. You can then jump in the air and grab the item without anyone noticing. If you are not sure if you are getting high enough, jump in the same location and talk to a person who might be watching. If they say "Who's there?", then you are high enough. Note: This does not work with the Game Of The Year version on the Xbox or expansion packs on the PC.
fcpeovmo rbpehy

When trying to steal something, jump on top of the person's head and sneak. They will be able to see you and you can steal everything you can grab. A Potion Of Telekinesis helps for maximum stealing capability.

Unlimited health

Complete the mission for Ranis in the Mages Guild in Balmora where you stop the person who stands there from giving training in south wall . After this you can buy spells from him. Buy Deadric Health. Then, go to a spellmaker and create a spell with the following attributes: Fortify Health Self 100 - 100 2 secs and Soultrap target. Cast it at the ground. It raises your health 100 each time. You cannot restore it without using this spell. Sleeping and saving the game will not lower it.

Unlimited Levitate

Get both the Boots Of The Apostle and the Amulet Of Heartheal. Then, cast the Amulet's effect, and directly following that, the Boots' effect.

Join the Mages Guild and buy the Spells Levitate and Soul Trap. Soul Trap can be found in Balmora Mages Guild, and Levitate can be found in Sadrith Mora Mages Guild. Find one of the Mages that allow you to make spells. First, add Soul Trap for two seconds on target. Next, add Levitate on self, magnitude 100 - 100. Buy it, and then go outside and try it out.

Recommended Mage development

If you are trying to make a decent Mage, keep a few things in mind. You will get free spells if you start with enough skill in Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion, Mysticism, or Restoration. You cannot cast anything without enough Magicka. Try mixing the Breton race (+50% Magicka, +50% Resistance to Magicka) with the Sign of The Apprentice (+150% Magicka, -50% Vulnerability to Magicka). You will get three times as much Magicka as normal, the Resistance and Vulnerability cancel each other out, and you will get boosts to several magic skills, which can get you some free spells if placed properly.

Stay for free

When you are in a city with an inn and your fatigue or health is down, instead of paying 10 gp to the clerk, just find a room and sleep in it. Your crime will not be reported and no one will know.

Using the Corprus disease as an advantage

When you are in a mission to Sixth House Base, you are affected with the Corprus disease. However, this is not a bad disease. When you rest, it will state that "Corprus disease worsened" which indicates that your strength and endurance increased, as well as some other unimportant stats. Before you take the potion in the towers, you should rest as long as desired. After taking the potion you will still have the same stats, but you will not have Corprus disease. After restoration of the other unimportant stats with Almsivi restoration you can still carry the same weight.

Easy kills

Attack an enemy, then run away or levitate so he cannot hit you. Save and reload the game. If done correctly, the target should no longer be hostile and you can steal or sneak up on him for critical hits. This is useful when killing Furius for De Lordsmail and Vivec.

Kill without getting a bounty

PC  Note: This trick will work on anyone except yourself. Find the person or thing you want to kill. In the PC version, press ~ to display the console window. Click on the person you want to kill. Make sure the console window title changes. Type sethealth 0 then close the console window the same way you opened it. The person will drop dead, with no change to your bounty level. Note: Do not do this on someone important as they cannot be revived. You can also make someone talk while lying on the floor. For example, in the beginning when you enter the census office, walk behind the old man (that actually talks to you and gives you your class and star sign). Enable the cheat to kill him before he starts talking or during his first words. If you are lucky, he will land on his back. Repeat the cheat, but type sethealth 100 and he will begin talking again while on the floor.

Talk to any of the four Thieves Guild members who get the bounties off your head (at the Balmora Soth Wall Conerclub, rat in the Pot in Ald-Ruhn, etc.). Drop all your gold, then talk to them again without any money. They will take the bounty off for free. Note: This does not work in the Game Of The Year version on the Xbox or expansion packs on the PC.

When you want items or money, go to a store without a guard, or with a guard if you can kill them (the pawnbroker in Balmora is recommended). First, go to pickpocket the shopkeeper, but do not take anything. Just press B. This may require a few attempts if your sneak is high. They will attack you first, so you can now kill them. When it is all over, your bounty for "attempted theft" will be 25 Drakes, and you can take anything in the shop.

Avoid paying bounty

If you get a bounty on your head that you cannot pay, drop all your gold and talk to a person who lowers your bounty. He will do it for free.

One hit kill spell

You will need the following spells: Shock Damage, Frost Damage, and Soul Trap. This will cost about 3,500. You will also need over 6000 Luck and a lot of Magicka. To do that, use this spell: Fortify Luck at 100 for two seconds; Soul Trap for two seconds. Fire this at a wall until you get your luck high enough. Then, make this spell: Shock Damage at 90 for two second on target; Frost Damage at 90 for two seconds on target; (for monsters) Soultrap for two seconds on target. This spell will take out Ordinators with one hit and will trap any monster it hits if you have the Soul Gems. It will not trap named monsters if you have the Soul Gems.

Raise your Sneak skill. Sneak up behind your enemy and attack with a short bladed weapon (dagger recommended). Note: This does not always work.

Kill A shopkeeper without touching him

Enchant a Cuirass with the following spell: Health damage 20 points: Constant effect. Sell it to a shopkeeper. He will put it on, killing himself.

Fighting one person in a crowd

Use the following trick to fight one person with many other people around. First, select your target and sneak behind him or her. Then, steal from them no matter what they have. They will turn around and attack you, and also you will be reported. However, no one else will stop you from attacking that one person. It is much easier killing one at a time then facing three to five people. Note: You cannot do this in a place with a guard. This works well in buildings such as the guilds.

The following trick is easier if you have over 3000 Drakes. Start talking to the person you want to kill. Select "Persuasion" then, if they like you at all, select "Taunt" until your likeness level reaches zero. If you successfully taunt them about five to six times, your only option will be "Goodbye". When you select it, they will attack you and you can kill them in self-defense without getting a bounty. You do not have to wait for them to attack; just let them pull out their weapon or fists. Note: Taunting has a better chance of success if they like you, so try bribing them.

Selling faster

Xbox  If you have an item such as Ebony Mace and want to sell it without the waiting, hold Black then hold White and it will go almost twice as fast.

Defeating Arena opponents

To easily defeat anyone in the Arena (such as Arch Mage Trebonis, the Knight of the Imperial Dragon, etc.) get a spell made with fire damage (preferably 50+) and set the area to 30 to 50 feet. Enter the Arena from the very top, and you should be looking down at your opponent. Throw a couple of the spells down at them and they will die without hurting you. You can also kill other NPCs such as Umbra using Levitation to get above them, then torching them with the spell. This works well if you are a Mage that is just starting the game and do not have enough life or skill to get good weapons or armor.

Kill a Hlaalu guard at level 4

Note: This is best done in Balmora, preferably near the South Wall corner club. To do this, you will need a Ring of Medusa's Gaze or Dwemer Jinksword (preferably both). Equip both and put Medusa's Gaze on magic and Dwemer Jinksword on weapon. Go up to a guard (probably better at night), and hit him with the Jinksword. Run but stay in sight so that he will follow when can move. This prevents him from killing you on the run, or at least from the noise attracting his guard friends. Run to a secluded place where it can be one on one with the guard. Attack him with the Jinksword. He should be paralyzed. If not, attack again. Every time your health gets low, do the "Health" code. When the Jinksword runs out of charges, use Medusa's Gaze. Do this until he is dead. This will take awhile, but if your current armor is medium and that is what you have been building, you will be rewarded handsomely. The sword you get from the guard is fairly good, but the Jinksword is better, even without the paralyzing.

Constant effect enchantment

Use the following trick to make a contestant effect enchantment without using up your valuable Soul Gem. All you need is one Soul Gem worth 80,000 gp or more, and some Common or Greater Soul Gems with a soul in them. You can easily get a Golden Saint in a Grand Soul Gem (worth 80,000 gp) by using a Summon Golden Saint spell and then soultrapping it. When at the enchant menu, choose the item you want to enchant and your Golden Saint in a Soul Gem. Then, set the enchantment type to constant effect. Next, pick your enchantment and name the object. Just before you create the enchantment, switch the soul gem to a common soul gem then create the item. If done correctly, you will have created a constant effect Soul Gem without using up your Golden Saint. You can repeat this as many times as desired.

Xbox  Get a Grand Soul Gem with a Golden Saint Soul in it. The easiest way is to use a Summon Golden Saint spell, and Soul Catch spell. Then, create a spell that only casts the Golden Saint for 15 or 20 seconds, so that it has a much higher percentage of working and use less Magika. Go to the Enchanter on the top floor. Buy some Soul Gems with a soul in them, for about 2,000 to 6,000 gp. Get a Fortify Stat spell. Then, get an Iron Long Sword or Steel Long Sword and return to the Enchanter. Enchant the sword with the Grand Soul Gem. Go to the "Cast" when used and change it to "Constant Effect". Go to the "Spell Choice" and choose "Fortify Stat", then the desired stat to be fortified. Choose "1" on everything. Name it as desired, but before buying, change the gem to the one you bought from the Enchanter. Buy it. It should be About 10,000 to 20,000 gp. Get another weapon, unless you already have two.
