Hints

In-game hints

• There are hints in the characters' conversations throughout the game.
• The magnifying glass icon hint gives you a highlighted circle area in which a hidden object is located.
• The wrench icon hint gives one hint at a time for a quest. Note: There are two or three different hints per quest.
• You can get more hints by locating the suspect items that are hidden in scenes. The suspect items are not listed on find hidden objects lists.

Time penalties

• You will get a time penalty if you make about twenty selections in a row that are wrong.
• You can skip mini-games and puzzles at a cost of a twenty minute time penalty.

Flashlight

Use the flashlight often, especially in scenes that have dark areas.
