Cheat Codes
Cheat mode
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C during game play or in Furnish mode to display the console window. Enter one of the following case-insensitive codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Testing Cheats mode
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "Commands.ini" file in the "\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini" directory after turning off its "Read Only" attribute. Change TestingCheatsEnabled=0 line to TestingCheatsEnabled=1 and save the file. Start the game and you will be able to click and drag the Hunger, Energy, and Relationship bars to the left or right to adjust their values. Additionally, you can type help at the console window to show additional cheats that are now available.
Change light colors
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] in Furnish mode and scroll over a light. The pointer should now resemble an asterisk. Click the light to bring up the detailed light options "Turn off light", "Set Intensity", and "Change color".

Partial floor patterns
Select a floor pattern in Furnish mode. Hold [Shift] while hovering over the active floor and Click to place a partial floor pattern This allows you to place floor patterns in partial sections instead of entire grid squares.
