Successfully complete the original Carmageddon and copy the saved game files into the "savegames" sub-directory in the Splat Pack directory.

To unlock all cards in Network mode, type joyrider at the network race-type selection screen. Then, select "All" cars at the options screen to use them. This can be done either through manual or random car selection.
