All costumes/sets/decades unlocked in sandbox
mode: Note: This procedure involves editing a registry value;
do not attempt this if you are not familiar with working with
your system registry, as a mistake can cause serious problems
with Windows. Start Regedit and use the "Registry/Export
Registry File" menu option to create a backup copy of your
original registry. Search for "Allow any Decade" with
Regedit. Double click the "Allow any Decade" entry and
change the value data to "1". When you start sandbox
mode, you will have access to all the decades and just about all
of the sets, costumes, props, etc. Sam Hidy.
All sandbox rewards: Note: This procedure involves editing a game file;
create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text
editor to edit the "unlocking.ini" file in the "c:\documents
and settings\<username>\application data\lionhead
studios\the movies" directory. Note: This file is not created
by the game until you get the first reward in story mode. Replace
the current content of that file with:
Gain experience quickly: This procedure requires that you create a file and
place it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at
any time you wish to revert the game back to its original state,
simply delete the file. As an aside, all of the original scripts
can be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create
a file called experience.ini containing the following information,
and place it in the "\gameinstall\data" folder. This
will make your already hired people gain experience in large chunks,
instead of in tiny increments, and will also make the people you
hire on start with maximum experience.
Better ground: This procedure requires that you create a file and
place it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at
any time you wish to revert the game back to its original state,
simply delete the file. As an aside, all of the original scripts
can be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create
a file called "ground.ini" containing the following
information, and place it in the "\gameinstall\data"
directory. This will make any ground type be "pretty"
and boost your lot prestige, and will also make people run "concrete
speed" on any ground type.
Less stress: This procedure requires that you create a file and
place it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at
any time you wish to revert the game back to its original state,
simply delete the file. As an aside, all of the original scripts
can be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create
a file called "mood.ini" containing the following information,
and place it in the "\gameinstall\data" directory. This
will make people not get as stressed out over things as they generally
would become. They may still become stressed, but it with this
script it is easier to manage them back into "happy"
stress. It also decreases the time it takes for them to de-stress
at bars and such by a substantial amount.
Increase relationships faster: This code requires that you create a file and place
it in your "\gameinstall\data" directory. If at any
time you wish to revert the game back to its original state, simply
delete the file. As an aside, all of the original scripts can
be found inside the "MISC0000.pak" file. Create a file
called "social.ini" containing the following information,
and place it in the "\gameinstall\data" directory. This
script will make social engagements between people increase their
relationship bar by much larger increments, instead of the normally
tiny increments, thereby building good relationships in much less
time.
Control Lion Head Studios logo: When the game loads and the Lion Head Studios logo
appears, when all the balls tip out you can control it. To quit,
press [Esc]. james and charlie.
