Sega Rally Championship

Stratos car:
Type XYZYX at the main menu, then select a mode. Highlight the Celica on the car selection screen and press [Down] to select the AT transmission, and the Delta to select the MT transmission.

Easier handling car:
Hold X and press [Enter] to select any car at the car selection screen.

Mirror tracks:
Hold Y and press [Enter] at the game select screen in arcade mode.

Ultimate Ghost car:
Select time attack mode. Hold X + Y and select "3 Laps".

All tracks:
Type XXY in the options screen.

Lake Side track:
Press X + Y at the main menu, then select any game.

Full screen:
Hold X and press A at the car, race, or, mode selection screen to remove the dashboard and display.
