Hint: Extra credits (reown): Note: This procedure involves editing a game file;
create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Enter the
"\sh3\data\cfg\careers\" folder. Select the name of
the folder that is the same as the career that you are using.
Use a text editor to edit the Microsoft Office Outlook config
file in that folder. Scroll down to your last mission details
and change the amount of reowns that you got paid. Save the file
and start the game. You can now buy the biggest and hardest subs
in the game. BuStA.
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup
copy of the file before proceeding. Enter the "\ubisoft\silenthunterIII\data"
folder. This folder contains all the information on the subs,
ships, ammo, etc. Look through the folders. To make aircraft less
dangerous, go into "air" and into the aircraft folder.
Find the ".eqp" file, and delete it. This removes the
bombs, etc. which the plane carries. In the "sea" folder
is all the information about surface ships. Delete the equipment
files for all the allied warships and cargo ships. This makes
the ships totally non combatant. The only thing to watch out for
is being rammed. In the "cfg" folder, find "Basic".
Open it with a text editor and scroll down. In that file is the
bonus renown you receive from the naval academy, the costs of
the upgrades and new subs, and the loadout of the subs. Edit the
