Play as Shin-True Akuma: Highlight Akuma at the character selection screen.
Then, hold [Select] and move down, right, right, down,
left, down, left, down, right, right, right. If done correctly,
Akuma should be highlighted again. Press any button to select
Shin-True Akuma. Note: This may also be enabled in short cut mode.
