Super afterburner: Hold [Flare] over fifteen seconds.
Level select: Note: This procedure involves editing a game file;
create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text
editor to edit the saved game file in the game directory. The
line "You wouldn't be thinking of cheating would you?"
should appear at the bottom of the correct file. Edit the level
