Unlimited continues:
Start a two player game. Intentionally lose all your
lives and continues with player two. Complete the level with player
one. press Run on controller two before the next level
begins (at the screen with both characters watching a movie reel).
If done correctly, player two will be playable and you will have
unlimited continues.
