Set road temperature:
Hold II and press Select at the course selection screen before a race.

Cloudy weather:
Before you start any race, at the "Course" screen, Hold Select + I (in order) and press Right at the course selection screen before a race.

Rainy weather:
Before you start any race, at the "Course" screen, Hold Select + I (in order) and press Down at the course selection screen before a race.

Sunny weather:
Before you start any race, at the "Course" screen, Hold Select + I (in order) and press Up at the course selection screen before a race.

Demo course menu:
Hold Right + I and press Select at the title screen.

Alternate cars:
Select Test Drive mode. Advance through the screens until you reach the "Setting" menu. Highlight the "Exit" option, then hold Left + Run + I.

Skip prologue:
Select World Championship mode. Highlight the "New Entry" option, then hold Right + I + Run.
