Level select: Highlight the "Option" selection at the title
screen. Ten, hold Select, then hold Up, then hold
I + Start. Hold all buttons until the "Options"
menu appears.
Level skip: Pause game play, then press Right, Left,
Right, Left, Right, Left, Right,
Left, II six times. A sound will confirm correct
code entry. Hold Left + I + II and resume
the game to advance to the next level.
