Shanghai 3: Dragon's Eye
In-game help in Tournament mode:
Press Run during game play to enter the "Options"
menu. Select "Game", then "New Game", then
"Tournament", and highlight "Round". Then,
hold Select and press I to start Tournament mode.
If done correctly, the "Help" option will be available.
