Summer Carnival '93 Nexzar Special
Cheat mode:
Hold Select + Run as the game loads.
Release the buttons when the "Summer Carnival '93" screen
appears. The options screen will now have selections for up to
nine additional lives, an extra difficulty level, and a level
select.
