Highlight the first option at the main menu, then hold I + Select and press Run. Release the buttons and press I to enter the "Registration" option.

Yuko as your caddy:
Highlight the second option at the main menu, then hold II + Select and press Run. Release the buttons and press I to start the game to have Yuko from the Valis series as your caddy.
