Extra lives:
Pause game play and press B, A, B, A, Left. An additional life will be granted when the game is resumed. This code can be repeated as desired for more lives. Note: On a six-button controller, pause game play and press C, A, B, A, Left.

Five grenades:
Pause game play and press B(2), Left, Up(2).

Shotgun:
Pause game play and press C(2), Left, Up, B.

Full health:
Pause game play and press B(2), Left, Up, Down.

Final level:
Enter GL9C92KGM as a password to start in the final level under the easy difficulty setting.
