Level select: Quickly press Up, Down, Up, Down,
Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down,
Left(2), Right(4) at the Konami logo. A sound will
confirm correct code entry. Hold A and press Start
at the title screen and the level selection screen will appear.

Record a demo: Begin game play and pause when you are ready to record
the demo. Press Up(7), Down, Left(3), Right.
Wait for the word "Pause" to reverse on the screen,
then press the Reset button on the Genesis to watch the demo.
Expert mode: Press Down(2), Up(2), Down(5)
at the Konami logo. Alternately, press Left(4), Right(4),
Left(7), Right, Left.
