Extra continues: Press Start on controller two immediately before
losing your last life. Use controller two to complete game play.
Hint: Versus mode: Start the game with two players. At the begging of
the first level (where the two Crude Busters pop out of the exploding
building), have both players beat each other up. Note: The players
must stay close to each other or enemies will show up.
