Highlight the first initial, then press the first button of the
code. Enter the second and third letters of the initials in the
same manner, using the second and third buttons of the code. Note:
"_" indicates a space. The corresponding bonus player
will appear on the team selection screen and will replace a member
of the team that is chosen.
