Level select: Hold [Option] and select a new game to choose
any level from 1 to 10 for game play. Additionally, enter 0
at the level select screen to begin game play on the secret "Bridge"
level.
Special cars: Hold [Option] at the main menu while starting.
Three numbers should appear. Change those to the following values
for the corresponding car.
