Invincibility:
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Triangle, Square, Right, Square.

Disable enemy AI:
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Left(2), L1, L2.

One hit kill with firearms:
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Triangle, Square, Down, R1.

Expert mode:
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press Down(3), Triangle, Down(3), Square, Left, Right for more challenging opponents.

Instant puzzle solution:
Select "Credits" at the options screen then press L1, Triangle, Up, Down, Circle(2), Down(3), Up.

Hint: Puzzle solutions:
To match each of the six shapes, you must move eight points in one of four directions (either up, down, left, or right) then press X to move to the next point. Here are the solutions. [Screenshot]

First shape: Up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up.
Second shape: Down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up.
Third shape: Down, down, down, down, down, down, down, down.
Fourth shape: Up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down.
Fifth shape: Down, left, down, left, down, left, down, left, down, left.
Sixth shape: Down, right, down, right, down, right, down, right, down, right.

You will then move on to the next room for another puzzle.

Hint: Jin bomb puzzle solution on Disc 1 (wire cutter):
Get the wire cutter from the wire box. Cut the wires as follows:

Orange button: Cut red and yellow.
Pink button: Cut red and blue.
Green button: Cut blue and yellow.

Basically, cut every wire for each button, except the middle button. If you want to see what the patterns look like, exit the room and run around the corner. Then, run around it again. The color patterns should be there.
