Sound test:
Hold I + Select and press Left,
Left, Up, Up, Right, Right.
Level select:
Hold I + Select and press Left,
Left, Down, Down, Right, Right,
Up, Right.
Continue game play:
Allow the title screen to appear again after the "Game
Over" screen. Press Start at the title screen, then
press Left four times during demo mode. If done correctly,
the game will resume at the last level you played.
