Training mode:
Press Z after the game select screen. Then,
plug the mouse into port two and hold the Right Mouse Button
while the game loads.
Unlimited lives:
Hold Z at the "Insert Data Disc" screen.
Then, plug the mouse into port two and hold the Right Mouse
Button while the game loads.
