Extra gold:
Enter the Adventurer's Guild and load in one of the default pre-built characters present at the start (such as Amber). Create five new characters of any race or type. Give each of the five characters at least 130 gold pieces, then go to the weapon shop. Pool all the gold and give it to Amber. Return to the Adventurer's Guild and remove all the players except for Amber. Load the other five default pre-built characters . The quest may now be started with approximately 1000 gold pieces.
