Level select:
Hold the Left Mouse Button + Right Mouse
Button and press [Space] at the title screen. Game
play will begin at level 1. The message "Trainer Active"
will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm correct code
entry. Press Up on the Joystick to select a new
level, and press Fire to begin game play.
