Cheap cars:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file;
create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text
editor to edit the "?#.txt" file in the game directory,
where the wildcard indicates the name of the desired car. Change
the number found at the start of the file, such as "00000012345"
to "00000000001". This allows that car to be purchased
for $10.
