Press Start + Accelerate when "Press Start" appears on the opening screen. Then, steer Up and press Start, steer Down and press Start, steer Down and press Start, steer Up and press Start, and press Accelerate at the course selection screen. The sound of a penguin will confirm correct code entry.

Mirrored course:
Press Start + Accelerate when "Press Start" appears on the opening screen. Then, lean Left or Right to select a novice or expert course. Next, steer Up and press Start, steer Up and press Start, steer Down and press Start, steer Down and press Start and press Accelerate. An "M" will appear next to the course map to confirm correct code entry.
